Went to purchase a laptop for my wife and the experience was as awesome. We were immediately greeted by someone at the front who was very kind. He pointed us in the direction of Laptops and we were then greeted by Danny. We told Danny that we wanted to browse first and he was very understanding. No pressure at all. As we looked, the place started filling up with more customers. So, when we were ready he was already helping someone. He communicated to us that it would be a minute and we were happy to wait. Then another person wanted help but they were clearly impatient and entitled so he asked to help them first and we were happy to continue to wait. During this time, several other people asked if we wanted assistance and we said no. We didn’t mind waiting. Finally, we were talking to Danny. I gave him my price point and what I wanted. He did not push me to get something better, he did not try to upscale anything. He did ask if I wanted a warranty and explained there are two option. 1. Do a membership. 2. Pick a plan that covers everything. He did not pressure us in anyway and I’m so glad he mentioned the warranty. He did ask us about a credit card but we know they are requested to do that, like any other retail business. Overall, Danny was absolutely excellent. We recommended him to our friends and family. The date we were there was 3.7.26 and we were there about 10:30-11:30.

had the cheap tv up on a 3rd shelf, so i couldnt find it myself, only expensive on floor. there was plenty of space. employee had to get and just happened to choose a box that there was a hole in the front thst some pole had punched in there. he didnt notice it on his walk with it through the store. funny cuz after i paid i noticed it in 4 steps, i wanted a different one. he looked so mad i didnt walk out the door with it so they could blame me, he was playin games like what do you want?i had to tell a best buy employee if thete is a hole like that the screen is damaged... he sent a different guy to get another.. grudgingly.... and they put that one back up on the shelf.
