How do I check product availability at the Kenosha Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I have bought two home theatre receivers from this store with the protection plan. Both receivers quit working after two to three years. With the four year protection plan they were not able to fix it and gave me a store credit for the full price of the product which I have used for a new receiver purchase. The geek squad team was always wonderful and I have been very happy with their service and me getting money back towards a new receiver at full price even three years later. The protection plan will be the best money ever spent for a home theatre receiver. $100 bucks or so for four years and if it fails you get full price store credit. I’m very happy with this store and will continue doing business with them! Just bought a brand new $600 jbl receiver and I only had to pay $320 with tax and another four year protection plan. Every receiver I buy is of higher quality!

Poor customer service. Don't back up their products at all, even if you just bought it, unless you pay for their extra warranty. Won't shop here again.

August 16th 2025 right around 12:20 in the afternoon I arrived with someone to browse the store. Immediately upon entering the front end "security" associate approaches aggressively to the point I thought I was about to be attacked and stood inches from my face. Very loudly asked why we were here and when I tried to step away and tell him we were just here to browse he steps in front on me and stands at a very uncomfortably close distance. We should not feel like we are being attacked and boundaries need to be respected. Absolutely unprofessional and bordered on assault. Needless to say we will not be shopping at Best Buy again.
