Best Buy has seriously went downhill. No staff on sales floor whatsover. Service desk girl had no idea what I was looking for.
Best Buy was awesome they helped my wife get the right computer that works for her.
Staff is great in how they deal with you! Knowledgable and deal with you like an important person is good! So where is the problem? Be careful in buying the extended warrantee. One price is quoted for a couple of years, then an extension is offered at an increased cost. At the end of that year, repeat and increase. At the four year mark, no more extensions and no more coverage. Guess what, that’s when the problems start. Worse yet, parts will no longer be available and you are offered a new purchase!

Awesome, took my desktop in to have data, etc. transferred. Kasia and Aseel were professional and patient as I explained what I needed. Both should share an employee of the month award if you have one. If not, its time to start!
