had the cheap tv up on a 3rd shelf, so i couldnt find it myself, only expensive on floor. there was plenty of space. employee had to get and just happened to choose a box that there was a hole in the front thst some pole had punched in there. he didnt notice it on his walk with it through the store. funny cuz after i paid i noticed it in 4 steps, i wanted a different one. he looked so mad i didnt walk out the door with it so they could blame me, he was playin games like what do you want?i had to tell a best buy employee if thete is a hole like that the screen is damaged... he sent a different guy to get another.. grudgingly.... and they put that one back up on the shelf.

Jordan was awesome with helping me select a nice Samsung Qled TV at my price point! His customer service was great and he was proactive about saying hello and asked how he could help. I've always been impressed by Best Buy's customer service approach. They really want to help you out. In the end, what matters are the people, not the products being sold. Loving the TV so far! Keep up the good work!

Not sure why, but the little lady in the TV section was so pushy on trying to sell me a more expensive TV when I told her I was looking for a cheap 65 inch TV for work and my budget was under 500. She looks through her computer and tells me the cheapest she has is a TCL one for 550. So I trusted her and told her to grab it. While I wait, I see two cheaper 65 inch TV options (an LG and Insignia) and so she brings it out and I tell her I want the Insignia and she's like "really? But the TCL has better quality". I told her idc for quality. She tells the guy in the back to put the TCL tv away because I had changed my mind, but I could tell she was not happy with her attitude. She needs to learn customer service 101. I wish I would've gotten her name, but she's not it Best Buy. A different person checked me out instead. Do better!
