I purchased a new Samsung TV from Best Buy in Kenosha. The TV will not turn off. I called the geek squad line and spoke to a person who wanted to charge me $24. She must have asked me 6 times if I used the on/off button..duh! I am not paying $24 for an obvious malfunction. The TV is going back.

Don't buy, Geek Squad here sucks!!!! Staff were awfully unknowledgeable about device exchange and returns to BestBuy Canada, or even the manufacturer's policies. I bought an "Excellent" condition monitor that ended up not working on day one. I was told personally by the store staff and someone who seemed to be the manager I could return/exchange in Canada where it ended up being a lie. I feel scammed and my device is not functional!!
