Recently moved back to Kenosha and needed to visit this store a few times. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday I worked w Tony in installation area who patiently explained the problem and helped me resolve it quickly. Will keep coming back.

Called ahead to check if they had any ps4 controllers in stock, non new but had refurbished, went in and was told they didn't have any at all by the guy at the entrance, off the top of his head. Didn't even check.

When I had a problem I didn’t feel like a customer I felt like an inconvenience. I was shopping for a new television. Before making the purchase I asked about the Best Buy tv recycling program. I stated the tv I currently had and was assured it could be recycled. After making a special trip I was informed by other employees that there were limitations for the TV’s they accepted for recycling and my tv was not qualified. As an electronics store I thought they would have more information on electronics recycling. The manager even commented that this was a common problem. If they knew about alternative recycling options or seemed to genuinely apologetic about the misinformation I could have accepted that. When I informed the manager it was unlikely I would ever shop in their store again he replied with “Okay.” No concern about trying to keep a customer.
