I bought a dishwasher and got 3 years of Geek Squad. Dishwasher started throwing an error code after a year. We would do what was required to clear it and it would throw the code daily. Setting up service was impossible. I can't talk to anyone in the store - offshore Customer Service. They send me to Assurant. Assurant outsources to Sears Home Services. Sears comes out 4 TIMES to replace a part. The next day the dishwasher throws the code again. I call Best Buy again and spend 30 minutes with them. They tell me to call Assurant. Assurant tells me to call Sears. An hour of my life gone. Sears says they will call me back with an appointment time. They call me back to tell me to call Assurant for an appointment. I will never buy from Best Buy again even if they are the only option. I would rather wash dishes by hand than deal with their lack of service or care.

Was needing assistance from supervisor Alyson. She was very short and snappy when I asked a simple question. Pretend to ignore me then try and come and help. She made several comments about her last week not ending fast enough..just quit if you can't be nice to customers.
