they hate the customer so much that they have a phone system that forces you to talk to a computer instead of allowing you to talk to the team member when you’re calling because you’re asking if they have something that you wanna purchase never buy from them they’re not worth it

I normally dislike Best Buy and their exhausting sales staff but after having visited the Kenosha store a few times I have to say the staff here is quite pleasant and helpful without being annoying. "Knock on wood" things won't change.

Asked staff for help when trying to get a new laptop, guy was weird and asked me unnecessary personal questions that had nothing to do with information about purchasing a laptop. He also got passive aggressive with me when I didn’t want to buy a more expensive laptop with features I did not need, and when I didn’t want to sign up for the Best Buy membership. Everytime I said “no” to a more expensive offer after specifically telling him what I wanted, he kept trying to ask me “why” each time to try and convince me to get a more expensive offer and would get passive aggressive in his tone. I wanted help and knowledge not what was the most expensive laptop, with extra gigabytes, and features that I don’t need to be on just the web.

Went for Pokemon cards for the Mega Evolutions drop and was slightly disappointed they didn’t have ETBs, but we showed up maybe 2 hours before open and the line was like 5 people. There was a good amount to go around for the other 20-30 people that showed up after, and it was all super smooth. Shoutout to Gabe and Mike for keeping it all flowing smoothly and being so cool. Overall great experience.
