I will never step foot in this store again. Why? For starters, I bought a OnePlus open phone and it would cost me $50 to transfer my information from Samsung to OnePlus. Customer service over the phone sucks, because everything goes through the call center. You cannot call individual stores nor can the call center. They are stuck in the COVID days when everyone was at home. And they refuse to get out of that mindset. Customer service used to mean something here but not anymore
