Best Buy’s price guarantee is BS now. The manager assured me when I made my purchase that if the price changed in 60 days, I could come back in for an adjustment. I did that tonight, and then was told I had to do it online through the app. I have now been stuck in a chat for over a half an hour, with no resolution yet. At this point, I’m just going to return the purchase, and no longer shopping at this store. I don’t have time to spend hours on the phone asking for a small credit. Shame on you for putting all that responsibility and effort back on the customers.
