So this place has employees that definitely back door their Pokémon merchandise. I’ve come multiple times trying to get some for my autistic son who only loves a few select things. The scalpers make it hard enough without the employees keeping it for themselves. The dark haired girl is ALWAYS extremely rude and awful to talk to. Then this last time I came in I literally heard the guy employees talking about how he has multiple family members come in to buy the Pokémon merchandise that they conveniently never seen to have. I came in at 12:30 one day and asked for said pokemon items. Was told they were not in yet. Then a friend told me they were told they went in that same afternoon only to be told they “sold out” at 12:30. The exact time I was there. This is not a reputable place and the employees get first pick of everything. The few items I ever was able to get were DAMAGED. Never coming back here again.

I had computer issues. I made an appointment and they actually fixed it right there for me within 5 mins. I was amazed and relieved that I wouldn't have to buy a new computer. Geek Squad is worth the money.

I do not recommend this location for Pokémon TCG products, but unfortunately they are one of the last distributors who sell for MSRP. Prior to Thanksgiving 2025, this store had a scheduled drop at 7pm on Friday nights; everyone knew when product was available and had a fair opportunity to purchase. Since, they have had no set time, and I can go at 5:00 to no availability, but check back within an hour and everything has been sold! It is usually the same people working, and I am given the same explanation every time, “No clue…” what they received on their truck or when it will be available for purchase. This past week, I was alerted to a product restock alert at 3:00 and arrived within 20 minutes…nearly all of the product was gone, and what was left was literally the bottom of the bin. Attached is a photo I was provided of an off-the-clock employee who was “back-dooring” all of the premium product, 10 minutes after the restock notification. Do better—for your loyal customers and community!

Terrible. Staff are dishonest and lied to me. Told me nothing they could do call geek squad. Called and spoke to someone in Gutamala City who could not help me. Tv delivery for 4 18 26. No one showed up. Had to contact best buy. Finally told rescheduled for May 6, 26. No explanation. Service sucks! I wasted 4 hours waiting i am pissed.
