How do I check product availability at the Kohler Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Kohler Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Had tv shipped because they did not come in stock. Came damaged they would not discount a TV I would have to pay more and have it shipped again. Even earlier model would have to pay full price. Not my fault they couldn't shipped the item properly so it would be broke. Had no Styrofoam in top. Go elsewhere!

So this place has employees that definitely back door their Pokémon merchandise. I’ve come multiple times trying to get some for my autistic son who only loves a few select things. The scalpers make it hard enough without the employees keeping it for themselves. The dark haired girl is ALWAYS extremely rude and awful to talk to. Then this last time I came in I literally heard the guy employees talking about how he has multiple family members come in to buy the Pokémon merchandise that they conveniently never seen to have. I came in at 12:30 one day and asked for said pokemon items. Was told they were not in yet. Then a friend told me they were told they went in that same afternoon only to be told they “sold out” at 12:30. The exact time I was there. This is not a reputable place and the employees get first pick of everything. The few items I ever was able to get were DAMAGED. Never coming back here again.
