Terrible. Staff are dishonest and lied to me. Told me nothing they could do call geek squad. Called and spoke to someone in Gutamala City who could not help me. Tv delivery for 4 18 26. No one showed up. Had to contact best buy. Finally told rescheduled for May 6, 26. No explanation. Service sucks! I wasted 4 hours waiting i am pissed.

Will probably just start going to Amazon for my purchase when you get told something by an employee over the phone and you go to the store and it's completely different that's just wasting my time.

I’m done with Best Buy, I’ve given them so much money in the past and have supported them.
Employees could really care less, corporate is also penny pinching its customers like crazy.
Also note: if you buy something using rewardzone points, you cannot get those points back nor can you exchange that item, they treat it as you used a coupon. Unfortunately it’s become a scam.
