Terrible customer service as of late. There are some people willing to help however geek squad has gone downhill big time not punctual or willing to help even when being charged for basic things in the store. Would not recommend there service
They're very empathetic, seem to be a happy bunch enjoyed their job. I'm very professional all at the same time. Because of this I won't go nowhere else.
I came to upgrade a phone. There are two cars in the lot and maybe 4 customers in the entire store. I picked out a phone, but there are no screen protectors for it, and one choice of phone case. I was then told I had to make an appointment for another day to have them activate and transfer info from the old phone to the new one. There is literally no one else shopping in this department. I asked if there were any appointments where we could leave for a bit and come back and was told no. The earliest appointment was the next evening (Saturday 4/26/25) at 8pm. Don't come here . It's a complete hassle.
