Purchased a washer and dryer. The washer made a loud thumping noise every time the water shut off. Called for repair - geek squad repairman came and said they all do that and there was nothing he could do. Requested online service again and they referred me to the manufacturers repair. Doubtful every washer Best Buy sells has this problem! Very poor service!!
I make deliveries with the Roadie app. The staff I interact with on the dock are always prompt, professional, and friendly. They make the pick ups go smoothly.
I took my laptop in for some relatively minor issues and a tune up. My hard drive was wiped out. The sent it out of state to try to recover but nothing was recoverable. Best Buy acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me a new (blank) hard drive to replace the one they destroyed.

There’s a reason this Best Buy has a 4.1 rating. 5 guys standing around yakking and not very helpful. Finally, they offer to help me after I asked for help. And, they say they have never heard of a mini computer because the store doesn’t carry them, but proceed to tell me all the bad things about one. Come on Best Buy. You can do better. 🤯
