The workers helped us out with our issues really fast and helped us find what I was looking for.
Drove a couple hours to pick up an open-box TV in "excellent" condition which was to include all original parts, packaging, and accessories. When I got there it appeared to be just the TV in bubble wrap, but the store associate assured me the TV stand and remote were in the packaging as well. Nope. It's been 2 months getting run in circles by support, and the store won't answer calls or return messages.

I stopped by looking for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Ultra and asked a salesperson if I could see it in person to compare it with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any real watches on display — only fake display models. It was disappointing not to be able to compare sizes or features properly. Felt like a wasted trip since there was nothing hands-on to see. We have in the locker but after that nooo.

Thanks for sharing this with us. I can appreciate wanting to see a live demo of an item that you're looking to purchase, as it can be helpful to make a decision. Getting to the store to only find that the models are not functioning, isn't ideal.
