We needed to purchase a new TV. Juan greeted us and walked us thru and asked the important questions. Size, how much do you want to spend. He allowed us to walk around and would find us to check in or we could ask him questions. Another associate approached us and started showing us the high price TV's but when we told her our budget we never saw her again. Juan was awesome and even helped load the TV into the vehicle.

Everything we have bought from Best Buy is junk. Right now we have a 10 month dryer throwing codes, waiting for a service tech. And a 1 year old Laptop that keeps shutting off randomly and we’ve had to COMPLETELY reboot. In total thousands of dollars spent on brand new products for neither of them to even last a full year without issues. Absolutely ridiculous. We also have a TV that is junk that’s a few years old. How can you spend so much money on brand new things and they all be pieces of crap.

Roadie driver. Avoid all cost on this delivery because they pay less than what IRS (tax) mileage rate. Rules always pay close to 1 dollar per miles.

Best Buy change your name to Lack of Accountability! Buyer beware! Here is a review of service failures and damages resulting from a recent refrigerator purchase and delivery. Upon initial delivery, the installation team failed to properly install the refrigerator and left the premises without confirming that the unit was functioning. No manual or instructions were provided. As a result, we were left with a non-operational appliance. After multiple attempts to seek assistance, we were informed that a response would be provided within 48 hours. During this period, we had no working refrigerator and incurred a significant loss of perishable food. A replacement unit was not delivered until six days later. During the second delivery, the installation team engaged in an unprofessional dispute on our property regarding whether the refrigerator would fit in the designated space, despite it being the same dimensions as the prior unit. The appliance ultimately fit without issue. However, during installation, the team caused property damage by knocking down a shelf containing glass items, which shattered completely. No acknowledgment, report, or apology was provided at the time of the incident. Best Buy has since acknowledged that the initial installation was not performed correctly. However, we have been informed that no compensation will be provided for the estimated $500 loss of food, nor for the damage to personal property. Management responses have been dismissive and have not addressed the full scope of the issue. This experience reflects a failure in basic service standards, including proper installation, professional conduct, damage accountability, and customer resolution. The lack of follow-through and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable.
