Nobody offered us help with Tvs.. so we decided to look another time.. wanted to check out cameras.. but the associate said oh the battery is charged guess you cant look at it.. Cool. Wasted trip. He could of offered to plug it in. Or something. Unreal.

This store (probably their crm) is incapable of delivering product to a correct address and installing it. Our merchandise has been delivered to the wrong state twice. 3 weeks of waiting, pleading, driving back to the store and Best Buy informs us this morning that our install scheduled for 1pm today can't happen because they CAN'T FIND THE TV! UNBELIEVABLE!
Resolution? Direct all calls to a call center off shore where no one has the ability to solve any customer issues. Management please address this!

We needed to purchase a new TV. Juan greeted us and walked us thru and asked the important questions. Size, how much do you want to spend. He allowed us to walk around and would find us to check in or we could ask him questions. Another associate approached us and started showing us the high price TV's but when we told her our budget we never saw her again. Juan was awesome and even helped load the TV into the vehicle.
