My experience was great. I was greeted on my way in. I showed up for a TV for gaming and I learned a few things that made my purchase much better. Columbia (which is a person there) was very knowledgeable and personable. The type of salesman that wasn't just pushing for my dollar but made the perfect sale. I'm happy with my purchase.
Absolute clown shoes. I had been looking for a specific TV for weeks and finally found an "Open Box - Excellent" version via the website. I made the purchase and then made arrangements to travel the 90 minutes to pick it up. I was never notified by text or e-mail, both of which I had to use to make the purchase, that my order was cancelled. I had to find out on my own by checking the website. When I called to find out what was happening, and after dealing with their attempt at an AI assistant for several minutes, I was connected to "someone" and was told that the inventory online was incorrect. They connected me to "someone else" and I waited on hold for over half an hour to try to get something done to make good on a horrific experience. They offered me a "make good" credit of $12 which doesn't even cover my gas or time. It is now hours later and I still haven't received any indication that my order was cancelled. This is insulting.
