My experience was absolutely terrible! Placed an order for pickup and waited 3 hours for it to be fulfilled after being quoted an hour online... went into the store 30 minutes before close to follow up on the order. I drove 45 min to follow up on the order because their AI system doesn't allow you to contact the store DIRECTLY! I was then told they were unable to find my order to fulfill but could cancel my order? I was told by Dylan that we NEEDED to cancel the order and repurchase in-store in order to receive the item... that there was no way for them to fulfill it. He then asked in a condescending tone if I had enough money to afford paying for this in full!?!? This is ridiculous. The order was then cancelled and attempted to repurchase the item in store but they had yet another issue processing it. I then asked if they could just go back and fulfill it but yet was told it MY fault we canceled it... yet Dylan said that was the only option in order to receive the item! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
