This BestBuy is awesome! All the employees so helpful and smiling! We got a laptop for my gf. Thank you Brady, he was so helpful.. We come here like 5 times to check new thinks and every time he helped us a lot 🥲 #GoSquad
I rarely review, but Best Buy's actions today require a response as a matter of principle. Disappointingly, this location refused to honor their price match guarantee outlined on the BestBuy website -- they did not even want to consider the terms of that policy. The manager simply told me "to go buy the product at Costco" (their listed qualified competitor). He asserted that the website policy doesn't matter and he can refuse any price match he wants to (which makes me question why have a policy).
Luckily, BestBuy corporate was very helpful in resolving the matter with me and applied the price match as guaranteed with exceptional customer service over the phone.
Madison East simply either does not understand their own policies or blatantly disregards them. I recommend going elsewhere for a less frustrating experience and to obtain better customer service.

Sales person made a point of tellig me the dyson vacuum came with an extra battery i purchased it and gt home to dscover it wasnt in the box. I called to ask about it and after being left on hold i eas told i would have to come back to the store to talk to the manager to get the extra battery. I then asked why i couldn't just resolve over the phone and pick up the next day. I was told the only way to talk to the manager is i would have to come to the store i can not talk t the manager over the phone. REALLY. Why not? I went to the store and was not given the battery they said they made a mistake. So i drove to the store for what reason. You could have said that over the phne instead of telling me to come there leaving me the impression you were going to give me th missing battery.
