The clerk told us that the TV we bought was compatible with our cable service and it isn’t. Now the return window is over and we are stuck with a TV that we can’t use.

Came in to purchase a television on February 5th 2026. Was greeted at the front. Walked to the TV section. Spent 10 minutes standing around, looking for an employee. Walked back up to the front and told the fellow at the front that I'd like to talk to someone in the TV section. Was told "yeah, sure thing! Someone will be right with you". Walked back to the TVs. Waited 10 more minutes. Started looking around myself. And after finally locating what I needed myself, moved a bunch of TV boxes, dug out the TV I was looking for (55" LG OLED) and dragged it to the cashier upfront myself. 0 stars for service. 1 star for actually having what I needed in the store.
