If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a dryer for delivery and made a note that the dryer would need to be placed on a built in pedestal. Didn't expect that this would be an issue because they delivered and installed a washer on the same pedestal in 2023. Driver arrived and said they could not install because of the pedestal. Wasted time off work to be home for delivery. Have to wait until tomorrow for the credit to my bank account because they can't credit until the appliance is returned to the warehouse.
Never ordering anything from Best Buy again.

The place is great and has lots of products, as you would expect from the Best Buy. Customer service and the people at the different isles were amazing and ready to help. Nonetheless, I had a bad experience with a pickup purchase. I waited for more than an hour, then only half of the products were brought to me, and waited again for the rest of them. I understand the employees might have been overwhelmed, so just something to keep an eye on.
