terrible wait time for a simple screen protector installation - employees at my home Best Buy are all glad to help every customer but this one just sends you to geek squad. ew

I’ve went 3 times at 3 different days to learn more about TVs and soundbars and intentionally spoke to 3 different employees about it.
All 3 were super knowledgeable and articulate on what they thought was best and assisted me thoroughly in picking the best bang for buck and dealing with my own personal inability of seeing the visual differences between most models.
Now that it’s been in my house and I was able to set everything up, the difference is night and day from my old tv and lack of sound system, I can’t believe I ever watched movies before.
