Great store with a new look. I went in to browse the store and did see something that caught my attention. Very well lit great customer service and new arrival of the newest electronics. A little out of my price range, but it is still a great store for me to get ideas.

I was looking for security cameras for my parents. I was walking up and down the aisle looking at the security cameras and looking for somebody who could assist me but there was nobody around. After finding somebody to help me that was reluctant to do so they showed me a few cameras but didn't know much so I proceeded to leave and went to Menards and bought one there

Stopped by to pickup my order. Put the order over the phone and made payment, but when I got to the store my invoice was expired (in 15mins). The pickup staff said he cant help. Directed to checkout staff. Checkout staff said my online order needs to be cancelled since it needs an hour before pickup. Told me to get my Airpods in the store instead, which they did not have in the aisle. Then staff waved at me to call me to checkout again to sort out my case. She was not helping me at the first interaction. I did not feel welcome by the staff. However the manager was a cool guy.
