Employees are incredibly disrespectful to the customers who come in to buy their Pokemon and other trading card game merchandise. Pokemon is advertised around the entire store, both inside and out, and are very hard to find on the shelves. To be laughed at and to hear employees say "this makes me happy" when customers come in to find nothing on their shelves was really disappointing and frankly disgusting to see.
Management smiling and laughing at customers lining up to shop at your store is really despicable behavior. Do better Best Buy, you can find more respectful employees and management in this area.

This place used to be one of the best places for finding pokemon or any tcg products. The new managers are now lying to customers and holding it all back for themselves … and laugh when people line up after they told them they would have products for sale.. we miss the old managers that had order and respect… I don’t understand why they even carry tcg if they hate the people that are here to purchase… the employees say it makes her happy to see people wait outside after being told to come Saturday, and there be. Nothing and people waited for no reason… not everyone re sells cards . Some of us have kids that look forward to their trade and play events and us being able to get cards at a place that has limits… this place has went to hell since the managers changed

Waited 2 weeks to get a tv. Had a phone call the day before for the delivery window 12:30-4:30. At 4:15 called best buy. The lady told me they were already at my house. I replied, so they never called 15-30 minutes like they said on the voicemail? I never seen anyone at my ring doorbell? She put me on hold and then hung up on me. After calling again the man told me they could deliver the tv in another 2 weeks. They said the tv was never sent to the warehouse. They could not even guarantee the tv would come them. I left work early and waited 4 hours for nothing: if they even could have notified me I could understand. I even had someone come out to help and wasted their time as well . I would have lost my job a long time ago if this is how I conducted business.
