I had signed up for the invite for a particular Pokémon. Release and when I arrived there to pick up my item, I was told, oh, I'm sorry. We're out of stock. And they would not offer any explanation on how I could regain my money back. They would not give me any solutions. They didn't even have any Pokémon packs that I could have bought. Otherwise, communication was poor.
Overall I hate this store
I expect the ability to buy Pokémon cards ASAP. And i want my prismatic evolutions honored!

Good experience, the employee was very helpful, he knew everything about the kindles which were what we were buying. I believe his name was Orlando, but he was very helpful and answered all our questions.
I went in for a new phone data switch and the guy who helped me was so patient and super helpful.
