1. When I was looking at different products, one of the employees was following me around the store, attempting to sell me on products I was already considering buying, and barely giving me a chance to think.
2. When I went to check-out, they went on a massive tirade, attempting to up-sell me in three different ways, continuing the rant even after I had declined it.
3. When I bought a Switch 2 with a bundled game, the console didn't have the game. When we called customer support, after a lot of effort to finally speak to a human instead of an AI, we were told I needed to return the console and re-buy it. When I brought the console in, they told me I needed to call Nintendo to get them to give me the game.
I've never had anything near this level of dissatisfaction with any other retailer, and I don't plan to ever come back.
gone down hill from 10 years ago. too expensive, not much selection.
I went here for a protection case for my phone. They didn't have it. Eventually got it on Amazon.
