Drove over an hour to pick up an open-box OLED TV. The “manager” advised me not to check the product before taking it, claiming it would need to be rewrapped and could be damaged. Once I got home, I discovered they had given me a base-model LED TV instead—worth about a quarter of the price of the OLED I was supposed to receive. When I called, I was told the only way to resolve the issue was to come back in person. Rather than making another long trip, I went to my local Best Buy, where they thankfully resolved the situation. Overall, terrible service and felt like a scam. I won’t be returning.
Best Buy continues to impress with its wide range of electronics—especially the digital camera selection, which was well-stocked and diverse. However, I was disappointed to find the travel gadgets section nearly empty, which made it difficult to pick up essentials for my upcoming trip. On the bright side, the store was calm and uncrowded, and staff were readily available and helpful whenever I had a question. Their attentiveness made the visit smoother, even if the inventory didn’t fully meet my needs.
This place is true to its name that is it is the best place for electronics
