Geek Squad gentleman addressed my laptop concerns immediately and explained a few different options/price points to get me up and running again. Greatly appreciated the time and attention!
Better than west side location. Was busy so I was able to evade the annoying "can I help you" repeat assault usually faced.

Horrible service, the guy from the geek squad was no help, prolly should find a new guy, never going back there for any service or products.
