I unfortunately had a very negative experience from start to finish at this location. I went in to purchase a TV for my mom. Standing in the middle of the home theater section, I couldn't get assistance until an employee who happened to be in the store on their off day got someone for me. I told this person the size and features I was looking for and twice in the conversation I asked him questions that he simply didn't respond to until I confirmed "did you hear what I just asked you?" He then took me to a display unit that was neither the size nor brand I specified I was interested in and when I asked why he brought me to this TV, he said the one I'm looking for is on the other side of the store. I told him this is pretty unhelpful and he just looked at me like he had earlier when he didn't respond to my questions. I finally just walked away and drove over to the West Town location instead.

Love Best Buy, but they need to work on educating their young people... I understand it's hard to find help, but good lord, the kid could barely find the cameras, let alone sell them.
Hard to get someone to assist us despite lots of staff wandering about. When we did, they sluffed us off to someone else. The stars are for the two people who did make an effort. Could have purchased online if we wanted the impersonal experience but wanted to get expert advice and compare brands. Only purchased one thing we needed when we came in to purchase quite a few items.
