I took my IPhone 13 in for a battery replacement. Anthony at the Geek Squad greeted me and checked me in. His demeanor was very pleasant and professional. He made sure any questions I had were answered.
The replacement was done in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this location for all of your needs.
I mean it's Best Buy, the place hasn't changed in 30 years. They are still competitive with pricing however, the place is not clean. Sorry floors, lots of dust. The employees were surprisingly very helpful considering they were all 12 years old. Just beware that whatever you buy is new and not repackaged. I recommend for prices.

I hate to be a meanie, but my only experience here was SO bad. Apple Customer Service suggested I make an appointment here, as they are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. When I called, I had to suffer through a (self-identified) AI agent that asked the purpose of my call and then routed me to someone in India. The guy in India was competent enough, but it was clear he was working in some big customer service warehouse and was taking calls for a dozen other companies as well. I had to explain the situation to him from scratch. He tried to transfer me back to the store, but I got ANOTHER customer service rep in India—no doubt as a result of AI mis-routing this call as well. This second CSR made an appointment for me at the Apple Store in Hilldale, and I said GREAT, because I'd had enough of Best Buy's shenanigans.
Fingers crossed that this AI agent is in super-beta stage and that some glorious day humans will actually be able to call this store.
Edit: "Please note that our phone agents are trained to assist with your inquiries." Well, they routed me to another provider, so I guess so.
