I’ve been shopping at the West location since 2018 and always had pleasant encounters. Today I decided to pick up my online order: phone case, phone grip, screen protector. I got here and there’s a line apparently I picked the wrong day it was a game day launch? Anyways this wonderful woman in the phone section was able to assist me and even help with getting geek squad to place on my phone protector (which he did a great job).
This is why I continue to come back to this location specifically in Madison for all my tech needs.
My mother came this Sunday, to get a lively phone. I don't who sold it to her. They were supposed to set it up for her and now she doesn't know what to do. I will be refunding the phone. "Great customer experience", from Bestbuy, wouldn't be surprised if they are discriminating people.

Came in to get a phone yesterday. No one was able to properly give me information. I asked which one has more stable recording and which is better for low light. The guys there love apple. So they told me iphone. There was a guy no offense that has a gap, he gave me so much information. But he was not here.
