Overall the people they hire are amazing and super helpful, Geek squad there was always super helpful. and i would know. i have now bought 3 different PC’s from this location and all 3 had cpu issues within the first 3 months and when i went to talk to the manager because i was extremely frustrated she wouldn’t help me because my return window was over and sent me to geek squad, while they are great and super helpful i this best buy selling me 3 faulty Pc’s in a row granted me some grace. which i did not get from this manager

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
I can't believe they are still in business with the quality of service they provide. My daughter and I went to look for a high-end laptop, either just for her or possibly for both of us. Not only did the employee in the laptop aisle acted completely disinterested, he also absolutely had no clue about features and details I needed to know in order to compare different brands and models.
It seems that the staff is extremely poorly trained and doesn't care if they sell anything to the customer. That's where commissions comes in - to spike the motivation!
Overall, I've seen the service at the store getting worse and worse over the years. Very disappointing, and definitely leads me to the conclusion that I'm better off researching online and buying on Amazon.
