I exchanged a MacBook air an hour after picking it up due to a scuff on the front and had to pay an extra 200 dollars for it because it was no longer on sale. Ive never honestly been to a business where i had to pay extra for an exchange on a sale item.

I went to the Best Buy in Menomonee Falls last week to buy a new microwave. I couldn’t see the one I wanted in a box anywhere so I went to the desk to ask them to send help. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and nobody did. I looked around and lots of employees were chatting to each other everywhere!!! So called the store while I was sitting on the ladder thing waiting for someone to come help me by the microwaves!!! FINALLY someone answered the phone and I asked if they would send someone back to microwaves and explained what had already happened. She said she was the call center and wasn’t at the store but just answered the phone if they are busy. (I guess chatting with each other constitutes as busy there)🤷♀️. So I went to the guy at the front door and asked if they had a store manager I could speak with. He called him over. (He was nearby chatting with two other employees 🙄. I very specifically told him I came in to buy a microwave and what transpired. He asked who I asked to send someone over. I pointed her out. I then told him that I was now going to leave and purchase my microwave at a different store who actually wanted to make a sale. Instead of offering to help me himself, he just stood there!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! They don’t care or know what customer service is it anymore!
