Bought a computer and monitor and found out it was my netgear that was bad so i tried to return it and was told it was past the return date (30 days vs 15) i was told when i bought it i had 30 days to return not 15. I should of went with my gut in-stink about shopping at best buy. Never again

I was ASTOUNDED with the customer service here! They helped us with what we knew we wanted, got us a great deal, and helped us with loading it into our vehicle. We wished they could have come home with us to set it all up! Great service! We didn't even have to ask for someone to help us!!
