Over the 25+ years I have shopped at Best Buy’s various locations their service has gotten increasingly worse. The past 5 years has been awful. I have had multiple broken items sent to me with no compensation and preordered items delayed. Today I had another item I preordered day one delayed via email. Meanwhile my wife preordered the same item only a couple weeks ago and received hers. This proves that Best Buy is giving away preorders to whomever they please and telling the loyal customers too bad. Terrible buisness practices. I would suggest going elsewhere to anyone.

Stay far far away from this Beat Buy the service is horrible. When I walked in I was greeted by a cloud of marijuana. Typically there is a greeter this one had a lady scrolling Instagram who paid me no attention. After requesting help from several staff as to where I could go and pick up the item no one assisted they would merely point in the direction I should continue to walk in. After finally finding a staff that would help this must have been my fifth staff person that I spoke with I was told they couldn't help and that I needed to go to another line. I waited an hour in that line finally got to the front and was told they couldn't help me "they didn't have the time". After speaking with customer service I was told by the customer service person that the manager would call me back that day I did not receive a call back until 2 days later. He told me that he would wave the additional fees that his store was trying to charge me. I thanked him because I had already purchased this item from another store and there shouldn't be any additional fees. I merely wanted to pick up my item. Day three of trying to obtain my item I finally got there was damage to my box but what could you expect. When I checked my bank balance a week later I noticed this Best buy charged me an additional $20 to pick up my item from their store. Again don't trust anybody at the store, even the managers lie. don't walk away from the store, run!
