Ordered a new Samsung tablet last week. Arrived in 1 day to my house. Amazing. Took it in to Best Buy to have it set up and have all my Android phone stuff transferred over. Breken Turner was a tremendous help in getting it done. Very very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the tablets. He also helped my wife who bought a new IPad 4 months ago to transfer all the stuff to her new Ipad. Again, Breken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and got the job done. Great customer service. We will definitely by buys more stuff from Best Buy. Way to go Breken.👍👍

Horrible purchase of a dryer that does not work. Told it will be 3 weeks to get it replaced. The customer is not the priority for best buy. There is now way to call the store direct. Horrible experience!!!!
