Purchased a dishwasher and paid for professional installation. 130 days later the installation failed and dropped gallons of water into my cabinets. Called Best Buy support, but of course it’s just AI call routing and a foreign call center that reads off a script so no one is there to actually help you. Apparently, there’s also no way of even calling your local Best Buy store anymore directly. It’s pretty sad how Best Buy has become one of those soulless companies that don’t stand behind anything or their customers as if they have contempt for you for even trying to contact them. Thanks for nothing, Best Buy.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received at your Best Buy store located at:

The employee identified on his name tag as “Cash” treated me in a manner that I consider disrespectful, humiliating, and discriminatory. Throughout my interaction with him, I felt that I was not treated with the dignity and respect that every customer deserves.
I have never felt so humiliated in my life. I was disrespected not only as a customer but also as a human being. Based on the way I was treated, I genuinely felt that I was being judged and treated differently because of the color of my skin. Such behavior is unacceptable and has no place in any professional environment.
I respectfully ask that Store Manager Remington Waiter thoroughly investigate this incident and take the appropriate corrective actions. No customer should ever experience this type of treatment when visiting your store.
I have always expected professionalism, courtesy, and respect from Best Buy employees. Unfortunately, my experience on this occasion was the exact opposite.
I would appreciate a response regarding the actions taken to address this matter.
