Many of the displays don't work at least when I'm there. The layout is weird.

Absolutely fantastic experience the last two days that I have gone into Best Buy in Onalaska. The service was absolutely phenomenal when selling me my laptop. I tried to trade in my early 2015 MacBook Air understandably having the feeling that it was too old to trade in. James was so kind and really went above and beyond and took that next step to make my experience great. He did all of the research to help me determine if it was able to be trade in Come to find out it was not, but he did provide me with a suggestion to sell it on marketplace to at least get some money back. He was kind enough to go above and beyond to help me write out a description for the posting because I am not techie by any means. Thank you, James for creating a wonderful experience for me and for whoever buys the laptop. I truly value people like you and the service that you have provided. You were wonderful to work with and I hope Best Buy knows what a great employee they have:-)
