went to do a return 30 days out only to find out it has to be within 14 days. I should have bought it from Amazon or Walmart. If I gave them $49 for some stupid membership I could return a $129 gimbal. No thanks will never be back to use it.

I went to Best Buy and found a washer & dryer I really liked, so I bought it and scheduled delivery. On delivery day I waited for 2 hours and then they call and say they cannot deliver it that day, and the next available day they can deliver it (while I am not at work) is 2 weeks from now. So I agree, not a big deal. 2 weeks later, they come with the washer & dryer, but the washer is dented. They get customer service on the phone & agree to send me a $150 gift card and I agree, so they set it up for me. They said it was just cosmetic. They do the trial run of the washer and water goes everywhere. They help me mop it up and said it was the emergency drain plug (by where the dent is). They dont help move the fridge or washer machine to mop under it, as they didnt think water went under there. They fix it then leave, and then it started leaking again (not as bad but still a steady drip). I moved the fridge and there was a bunch of water under there, but I couldnt move the washer & dryer (stacked on top) alone bc its too heavy. So I call customer service and they said I would need to spend $200 on a new washer for them to replace it, and i said ti apply the $150 gift card towards it and they said that had been canceled. And either way they cant get out here for a week. I was worried the water under the washer would damage the floors but they said if that happens I would need to fill out a claim form. Didn't inspire tons of confidence on that process... So now I have to wait a week for them to come back and get their faulty washer & dryer, hoping it doesnt damage the floor in the meantime. I've wasted 2 Saturday mornings so far on this and will be a 3rd one next week, and I still dont have a working washer & dryer. I won't be doing business with Best Buy again, and will find somewhere else to buy a washer & dryer from. Update - they did not issue me a full refund. I just spent 1 hour on the phone and was transferred 5 times, and at the end of the day I need to call back in 2 weeks to see what happens then because no one could help me.
