They don’t have the my little pony trading cards 3 weeks in a row. Horrible store, horrible at restocking, keeps saying they’ll be in and they’re not.
I walked in three minutes to closing, knowing exactly what I needed to grab, and the stuff walked me over right away with a smile and helped me check out, never treating me like a nuisance, which I found extremely pleasant and will always remember it. Thanks, Best Buy.
Love this place but I won't be going back anytime soon

AI phone directory is asinine. In store service is fine. Almost always have what I'm looking for.
