Went in for a repair and Noah at geek squad was very helpful!!! He was kind and listened to our problems, and helped us come up with a plan to get my laptop fixed! Whole process only took a couple days and now my laptop runs better than before. Thanks Noah!

Front greeter didn't know much BUT got some help from a staff that helped look up the right part

Went in to purchase microwave. The guy in the department was great. But store manager was not. We have spent at least 30k in the past at Best Buy. I wanted to have them take my old microwave wave to dispose. Online in many areas it appears that Best Buy offers free disposal of old microwave with purchase of new. Not the case . Since we were in immediate need of a new microwave, We purchased a new microwave, but had to pay a haul away fee of ~ $ 60 to have the store take our old unit that was actually brought to the store and in our vehicle. Apparently, the same haul away charge as if we had purchased a refrigerator and they hauled the old one away after they delivered a new one . Great deal. Thanks Thanks for the response Gary. But I’m puzzled as to why I had to pay $60 to have my microwave that I delivered to the store hauled away when I purchased a new one. The local land fill charges yes a minimum of $10 or 6 cents a lb to dispose of these items. The microwave weighed 30 lbs. I looked it up online and believed that Best Buy would accept the item if a new one was purchased . You may want to attempt to eliminate false online narratives .
