Walked into Best Buy to purchase a tv that I saw on line.
Sales guy comes around the corner, trying to sell me a sound bar, I say “don’t need.” He tries to sell me a tv three times the price, I say “don’t need”. Tells me the one I want will stop working in less than a year, I say “ why does Best Buy sell products that will break down in months?”
I dismiss him by gesturing to a couple that looked like they needed help.
Teen daughter is carrying tv towards the front for me to purchase
… sales guy around the corner again!
…”you’re going to roll the dice with that one” ( earlier he said that I would be back in a year because tv won’t last.)
I tell daughter to leave the tv right there, “we are going to Target next door” loud enough for other employees to hear.
Target- Where I bought a tv
One star for Best Buy
because I can’t do zero
And… the building was nicely air conditioned
Why does Best Buy train employees to chase paying customers out the door?
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Lots of friendly staff and clean store.
Shout out to store manager Remington, at the La Crosse Best Buy. He was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to offer great customer service when I stopped in last week. Highly recommend!
