Very bad customer service and delivery. We bought refrigerator and was scheduled to deliver it yesterday. They did not come! We waited for so long, waisted our time. They didn’t even contact us that they re-scheduled it today. Now it’s been over the scheduled window time and they’re still not here. We supposed to live like 3 hours ago to the airport, we moved our travel time because of this! Such a waist of out time! So frustrating! So hard because we can’t even contact anybody on the phone. We took our old fridge out already! We don’t have fridge in the house! Our food got bad because of their incompetence! They gave us the tracking number to track our delivery but it’s fake!!!!!! It didn’t happen!

Worst experience will never buy an appliance there again. Bought a gift for my mom. We were at the store for 3 hours got it all set up for delivery. And they sent it to my address instead. Tired for 6 hours to resolve the problem and change the delivery before it got delivered and they could not help me on the phone. Also have a second appliance getting delivered the same day to the right location but still couldnt help me so frustrating.

fast, they guided me right to what i was there for and just a couple minute wait to check out. it was a little weird though ss i bought a topo chico from the cooler and it was not a twist off?? What the? luckily i have a truck with a trailer hitch so i pulled over and popped it. bamm.
