They don't actually stock their shelves with the things people want most. So, you end up just having to order it online or buy an off brand item that is supposedly just as good, but you know it is not what you came for. And for accessories... Def out of the screen protector and the good case for all the popular devices. You can tell which devices and accessories are popular because the shelf/hook is empty. Out of everything for Samsung. Bottom of the barrel for the newest, hottest selling items. "It's hard to keep the good stuff stocked." ...I think the company just wants you to buy something that they will make more money on because it is not difficult to keep items in stock. Oh, and geek squad requires a day in advance appointment MINIMUM. If you plan to buy something new, make an appointment and then buy it right before the appointment if you want to use their services because they will not transfer data in store or anything like that without the advance appointment. You can make the appt in store, but not see anyone because they are booked up 26.5 hours out. I did try the line for geek squad with no appointment but was approached by the appointment person who told me I had to make appointment. The whole thing was a big waste of time and I got more information from google in 5 mins than from the 3 various people I had to talk to about buying a new device with accessories. I was ready to drop about $1k but ended up spending nothing bc everything was out of stock. It was literally impossible to walk out of the store with a new device and the basic accessories. Even when I adjusted my expectation to the device that was in stock, all the compatible accessories were out of stock. If I wanted to shop online, I'd stay home and do that. I know it is not difficult to maintain stock of popular devices and accessories because stores did it all the time up until recently.
And no, I am not going to a different website to report my feedback on my feedback about my experience. For anyone reading this far, just take a look at the reply. This company is taking the time to set up a reply for Google reviews, but the reply is to just shuffle you on to someone else. Does this sound like a company that is serious about customer service? Believe them when they demonstrate their values to you. Can we short on beat buy stock?

I purchased a dryer on 17 December 2025. During the checkout process, I chose my installation date. After taking the day off from work, I was able to track the delivery guy via the website. It said that he would be here at 745am. Then changed by 20 minute increments all the way until 245pm. He was all over the place, but never showed up. I called at 3pm and they said that he fell off their radar and they would let me know. Then I had to reschedule. Took the next day off work. Same exact thing happened for the second day in a row. When I called this time, they said they needed to reschedule for the next day. I was not about to take 3 days off in a row without pay. The problem was that they did not have all the parts for the install. They rescheduled for a week later. Now I am without a dryer for a month and about to be 3 days short on pay. They did actually show up this time and installed the dryer. They then showed up a few hours later with another dryer to install. I sent them on their way with it but they said I refused delivery. Maybe I should have kept it, but I'm an honest person, so did not keep it. Best buy used to be my go to store, but after this experience, I have to question my decisions. I would definitely not recommend shopping with the LaCrosse, WI store or their delivery team.

Purchase a new tablet today. Told the guy that helped me that I was not very techy. Asked if I needed anything else to get it up and running. Come to find out i need a SD card and type 4 charger. Seems like they would know their products. I'm going to take it back and go without.
