Best Buy La Crosse

Both times my husband and I have been here to look at cameras, within a week of each other, neither time were we approached by any of their team members asking if we had any questions or if we needed help. We stood by the display looking around for far too long, literally just standing in the store that looked otherwise underwhelmed with customers. So I'm not sure why we were not greeted by literally anyone when theres employees walking around everywhere and talking to each other. Eventually we got our phones out looking up the answers to our questions about the products we were looking at because we didn't understand what some of the specs were referring to. I left feeling annoyed and frustrated the first time, not wanting to give them my business. Alas, we came back again and again we were not greeted by anyone and nobody came to offer help. Every time I've been in a best buy I've been needlessly offered help that was above and beyond and then the time I actually need assistance we can't even get someone to make eye contact with us. During our second visit my husband finally approached one of the team members who was new, so he couldn't tell us when they were anticipating a restock of the cameras we were looking at. Dude, maybe direct us to a manager or an employee who CAN tell us when they'll be in stock again? I'll go to Target instead for this purchase and most likely won't return here for anything ever again.

best buy don't know how to honor their warranties. we bought a fridge from there and they still haven't fixed it they claim they will be here and never show up. never again will we buy from you best buy you suck Walmart is way better than you. your products do not last long we bought a fridge freezer ,dishwasher and washer/dryer. the only thing still working properly after two year is the stove. best buy you suck. thanks to lebakkens for our new washer and dryer and by far better.
