HORRIBLE!! Went to buy a TV with DVR and headphone capabilities. The headphones for me to hear and my family to continue to hear while I wore the headphones. The rep sold me several items, told me all would work, I get home which is almost an hour away and neither the DVR or headphones would connect. Then they told me to call Geek Squad. BOTH - What a rip off! Had to drive an hour back to return the DVR and headphones.

I had to go to geek squad with a tech issue. No one looked at me, spoke to me or did anything to acknowledge my presence. I can understand being busy but if you can’t fit me in your schedule just tell me so I you don’t waste my time.
