My Boyfriend and I went here to get a drawing pen for my tablet fire 10. We asked an employee who was clearly almost done with his shift and looked in his system and it said they didn’t have any. But did he actually go over there and look? No! Anyways, another friendly employee Hayden came over and he helped us and when right over to the product and said this is what your looking for. He also answered my questions about 2 different laptops and what the main difference in them is. Then he made conversation with us and proceeded to check us out at the counter. I appreciate his friendliness and actually looking if the product was in store. He deserves a raise and praise! Good job Hayden !

Best buy used to be better. Each time I'm at this one, 3x now it's been less than goog. They don't know their product, especially phones.
They try to upsell you into things you don't need.
It's all gone downhill. Items out of stock, prices higher than Amazon bad customer service.
