Called the store to make sure they had the rigjt part i needed they said yes in stock we do they said sent someone over a hour to pick up they don't have store said had to call back get a part number. Go back in the store gave them the part number still don't have it they said out of order over 30 min talkin with the b4 someone went and axully looked in person instead of on the computer. And they did have it. Just a pain i had to do there job to get the part people are ether to lazy to look for stuff now or do they rely on computer to much. Not impressed with computers people need to put a little effort in..

I am very impressed with the technical expertise, courtesy and promptness of the Geek Squad employees at the site. Simply very nice people. One tech called me twice to update me on the progress of repairs of my PC. Repairs were done promptly and to my satisfaction.
