Was told that I had 60 days from when I bought a washer and dryer set that if the price goes down they would match it. Well they don't. I can't help you thought I was a premium member. Even my friend heard him say that. I never leave reviews that should show how frustrated I am. PS customer service was worthless.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They outsourced all phone customer service to a foreign call center whose operators do the same for dozens of businesses, and they don’t know anything about Best Buy. I was greeted with, “Thank you for calling The Best Buys,” in an extremely thick Indian accent I could barely understand. I had to ask them to repeat what they said a half dozen times. If you call hoping to quickly ask if they have something in-store, the overseas call center operator will place you on hold, and they’ll contact the store to ask the question you wanted to ask. And if your experience is like mine, they’ll take you off hold and give you an answer to the wrong question. Then you’ll have to clarify what you actually said, then wait for them to put you on hold again and contact the store once again, wasting a lot of time that could’ve been better spent just speaking with an associate. It is now impossible to talk to anyone in the store. I just wanted to ask if they still carry a particular product, because I like to try to buy locally/in-person before resorting to Amazon. But now I’m done with Best Buy, and I’m spreading the word.

Terrible experience today with this store tried to return a laptop because it didn’t have the proper OS that I wanted on it. I want pro on the laptop for work said they can only offer me store credit and no other store would take it for a refund on my credit card went to the Wausau store they refunded it no problem. Be very careful with the employees and the managers here I feel like if you return a certain amount of stuff they’ll try to lie and say that they can’t take it when they in fact, can take it talked Best Buy support and everything. They said there’s zero reason why they couldn’t take that laptop back so I’d be very careful with this store because I feel like they can be very deceitful.
