NO WARRANTIES!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING EXPENSIVE HERE!!!!!! BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE MAUFACTURER!! They will tell you to go there anyway if you have a problem. They don’t stand behind their products unless you pay hundreds more for their warranty which is a joke. Why buy from here when you can get it cheaper somewhere else. You get no help from this place.
They will not honor warranty and they will give you run around with AI if you have a problem. If you want to speak to a real person the AI will tell you to go to the website where TADA you get to talk to another AI and then it hangs up on you. This is a waste. Buy it off Amazon. If they won’t honor warranty go for the cheaper price. I bought a 55” oled tv and when it stopped working they COULDNT HONOR the warranty without an EMAIL. That’s the problem? I spend $2000 and you won’t fix it without an email. It’s only been 5 months. Customer support when I finally got through to them said that someone would call me 10 minutes. It’s been 4 hours. I hope you fail!!!!!

Waste of money when Walmart honors warranties which is across the street.
Update. Told me to contact them on social media. What’s the first thing they want? Email. Forget it. This business model is a joke. Save your money for a company that wants to help customers. Not hide behind AI until people give up. Yep the store got back to me and guess what. No help. Go to the manufacturer for warranty. Just buy your stuff from somewhere else. The point of a store is to get a warranty. This place doesn’t even help with that. Oh so sorry we can’t help you. Bye.

This walmart has amazingly wider isles to walk down. And such cute stuff. So far not a single angry employee at this one. Someone is doing something good here im thinking.
