Advertised a open box refrigerator freezer on line. Ad said "buy it today". Drove 30 min with truck to pickup. Salesman said they did not have one. As we were leaving the area, saw the fridge by the warehouse door inside the showroom. No sold sign on it. Went back, got salesman and indicated I think we found it. Reply was that they could not sell it as it was the last for display. I said it's not looking like it's on display, it's over here by the exit door to warehouse. No, can't sell it, it's the last one. We were desperate for a unit, so asked if they had anything like it in stock. Reply was no, we could try Appleton, they stock some. What is the point in advertising that you have an item to buy today, but I can't take it home until you get another? This would be like going to the grocery store and bringing the last head of lettuce to the cashier and them saying, sorry we can't sell you the item, otherwise people who came in wouldn't be able to see a head of lettuce. Whole experience really turns me off. False advertising, and no help on a day we really needed it as we had food to cool for our family reunion. Went across the street to Lowes and bought a fridge. Plenty in stock, helped us load. Cold food for the reunion. Never again which is sad as we've bought a mountain of items from Best Buy over the years. Very disappointing.

Pre-ordered the new airpods in hopes of getting them on their release date. Stopped in store the other day and it was like no employee had any clue that they came out or where available. I was less than impressed with best buy and it definetely is not the big leading electronic store it was in the past.

gave me an open box product which was listed as excellent, and charged price accordingly, the product a surface pro keyboard and pen nowhere near excellent, the pen didn't even work, I think bestbuy themselves were duped on a return and were just too lazy at time of return and on reselling, anyways too far me to go back and return.
