I was at this location for computer repair from the Geek Squad. Even though there's only about a 20 minute appointment scheduled, they seemed in no hurry when it came to answering my questions, analyzing my pc problem, and offering options & recommendations. I felt well taken care of and the level of customer service was top notch.

I tried 4 different ways Just to get an appointment and never got it done. Codes weren't sent. Chat didn't do it. Phone calls got dropped and messaging I got no answer. Over an hour trying. To bad because their technicians are good.
