I am so disappointed in Best Buy. I purchased an HP Chromebook 17 days ago. Yesterday I opened the box to set it up and the screen said 'Chrome OS is Missing or Damaged' I took it in to exchange it. Exchange it for the exact model they had sold to me. I wanted what a had purchased, a working Chromebook. I was told thet have a14 day return/exchange policy. I get it, I really do. They have a 14 day exchange policy....but this was an obviously defective Chromebook. They sold me a defective Chromebook and will not give me a working one.
It's best buy. Didn't appreciate the associate ignoring me and calling another customer to go in front of me
I was directed to the department with points “over there”. Guess they were busy holding their spot on the floor. Saw maybe one other customer in the store. The Apple accessories rack was 75% empty. Wished I would have just bought it online.
