You should be able to immediately contact your local Best Buy directly without going through an AI or someone at an out of town call center. This is stating directly that there is a stiff-armed disinterest in customer care. Best Buy has seen it's last dollar from me what I live in Racine or Kuala Lumpur. Google should be ashamed of forcing a star.

I had a great experience with Best Buy’s dryer installation service. The team was fast, professional, and very respectful of our home. They were especially careful when removing the old dryer and made sure not to damage anything along the way. They installed the new dryer efficiently and took the old one with them, which made the whole process very convenient. I really appreciated how courteous and careful they were. Great job!

We were looking for a Dell Tower computer when Marquis the salesman told us about a tower computer made by ASUS. Marquis was very friendly and knowledgeable and he helped us save over at least $350 (5 stars for Marquis). The reason for 4 stars is we got a $115.00 credit/rebate for opening a Best Buy credit account which came in coupons of $15.00 and $100.00. We were not told that we had to use each coupon on a single purchase. We bought a $23.00 purchase and we couldn't use $100 coupon because it was under $100.00. We had to use the $15.00 coupon and pay the rest in cash.
It's not all that big of a deal but it would have been nice if they told us that at the beginning. Overall it was a good experience shopping at Best Buy for what we needed.
