I went online to Best Buy’s website to purchase a Digital Xbox Game Pass Core 12 Month Membership which was listed as being purchasable. When I got the code and went to redeem it, I was informed the Core Membership is no longer available and therefore it wanted to automatically convert to a 3 month Game Pass Ultimate membership. I specifically wanted the 12 months of Core membership because of the cheaper price, not the 3 months of Ultimate. I was also informed in the store that such a return could be made since I hadn’t completed redeeming the code. They told me that Best Buy customer service could help. Well I spoke to the manager Charity and was informed that since the item was listed “non returnable” when purchased that it was not possible to give me a refund. This is false advertising on Best Buy’s part and I should be able to get a refund. An item that no longer exists in reality should not be available for purchase on Best Buy’s website. I’m thinking a lawsuit is next on my list.
I had bought a Tcl 75 inch tv from this store. Ordered it and had it shipped to my address. I then found out for some reason the address the tv was going to was a completely different address from mine. For 791 dollars i find it ridiculous i had to cancel the order because of a wrong address.
