Needed to purchase a HP - ZBook Fury G1i. Figured I would buy at the local Best Buy rather than order online direct from HP. Arrived at 9:45 store was obviously open with customers moving in and out prior to the advertised 10am open. Entered the store and was immediately asked if I was there to purchase Pokemon (I was not, I was there to spend $8K+ on a laptop). I was told that I would have to wait outside until 10am all while other people were able to come into the store without question (I guess I don't look like a Pokemon person) those other people were permitted to shop because they had also purchased Pokemon cards. Our laptop business was taken elsewhere, and all it would have taken to keep it was reasonable customer service. But if I ever need Pokemon cards I'll know where to go...🤣

It's great to still have a brick and mortar store. When everything is all about online shopping in this day and age.The employee in the back went above and beyond to find the merchandise in the back warehouse that I was in search of. There are some great deals on open box items here.The security directed me in the right direction soon as I came in.The employees are friendly and helpful here.Ive always had great experiences at this location.
