How do I check product availability at the Wausau Best Buy?

How do I check my order status?

Called to find out if they could repair a device, all I needed was a yes or no answer. Had to talk to 3 people who couldn't speak English ans couldn't get an answer unless I set up an account. Terrible experience Terrible customer service and can't answer a simple question over the phone.
