Terrible customer service. Drove two hours to Brst Buy to help my brother get a 65' TV, assuming they were the experts. A polite young man tried his best to help us (brother's house does not have internet, uses satellite for tv). He called his boss (?) to see if he had a solution and all he did was talk down and insult us before storming off. We ended up at Walmart next door and they provided us with the solution we were looking for. Shame on you Best Buy.

Bought a new phone and charger. Works great, however I was sold into their rewards program to get points (which I was told by an employee and manager was ok to do). Then I came back to return the item to rebuy it with rewards cash I earned (again I was told this was ok). I was then promptly stopped at the door. This is frustrating. That program is what made me spend more money than originally intended. I can't recommend signing up for their rewards program, nor can I positively review their customer service at this point.
