I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy in Wausau. A special thank you to Benjamin from Geek Squad and Sam from Best Buy for their exceptional customer service. Both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I found the best solution for my needs.
Benjamin provided excellent technical support and made everything easy to understand, while Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the purchasing process. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. Thanks again to Benjamin, Sam, and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend this Best Buy location!
I called ahead to get an iPad they said they had, so I drove over to pick it up. But then, they told me they didn’t have it, which was a bit of a surprise. So, I ended up buying one from Walmart instead—it was quite a mix-up, haha!
