Went in to purchase a printer and left with a printer and a laptop. Logan, the young man helping me, did a fantastic job answering all my questions and offering suggestions in what I was looking for. Knowledgeable young man with great customer service skills.
Poor customer service! Don’t purchase their $300 coverage on computer machines. They will still charge you for repairs after telling you not to worry about it that it’s covered.
There is literally no way to call this store on the phone. The system just transfers you to a call center in India. Why? This is the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time.
