We had a very pleasant experience at Best Buy as my husband and I were shopping for a new washer and dryer set. Our sales person, Conrad was very thorough explaining the different units and understanding our needs. He gave us the information we needed taking a no pressure approach and when returning to the store the next day, he remember us as we walked in and helped us finalize our purchase of our new set. He went above and beyond with his customer service.
Nate was so kind to wrap my husbands gift for me! Such a nice guy!
While the in store staff is helpful, ordering anything to be shipped from this location is more trouble than it's worth. The tracking for same day delivery I was given says it wasn't even picked up yet while the best buy website is saying shipped and delayed.
Update. Online support helped me out off the website when I shared the tracking information. Still concerned with the store thinking its okay to list PICKED UP MOSINEE when it was the Wausau location it was ordered from and the tracking showing the carrier didn't pick it up.
I don't have a facebook, X/twitter, or instagram. So I can not reach out via the channels the owner Graham wants me to do so....and I can not open one of those accounts.
