Terrible service, I wanted a replacement rewards card and was misled into getting a credit card. Then had to a talk to "manager"Conrad, who wasn't helpful at all. I voiced a complaint, he said I'm not dealing with this and to leave. I returned the computer I purchased due to how rude he was. He told me not to come back back and said I looked like a Walmart customer twice, trying to scold me in front of other customers. Tellling me he wont waist any more time with me. How is he a manager? The floor staff was more professional then him. Headquarters need to contact me please. I would give 0 stars if I could.
