My partner and I went in for a TV and a basic sound bar. We left with an upgraded sound bar thanks to one of the team members by the tvs. Great staff and good deals going on.

If they don’t have the product in store, avoid ordering online at all cost! I ordered a laptop they said would arrive in two days. When it didn’t arrive that day got a message saying it COULD come within the next 5 days but if it doesn’t come in TWO WEEKS then and only then would my order be able to be cancelled and a refund issued. So basically they just hold my $500 for almost a month and I have nothing to show for it. My fault for trusting online ordering… never again. Still no laptop, can’t cancel, and out $500. Just hope I get my money back at this point.
For the record the people in the store were actually great. Would absolutely buy from in store inventory.

Today I just wanted to recognize four gentlemen that work here, (River), (Jaden), (Aiden) and (Parker) are outstanding help! They help me out throughout the store as I am there. I am a regular and every time I come in the store, those guys are always up to the task, very professional and knowledgeable and get me checked out and out the door quickly.
