How do I check product availability at the Wausau Best Buy?

Worst customer service experience ever. I bought a defective pair of JBL headphones there. I got to use them a handful of times and because I try to exchange them with a receipt on day 16 of having them instead of one day earlier, they wouldn't help me. They don't value their customers at all. I had to return them to JBL under warranty after 16 days. Just ridiculous.

So many helpful staff around.. You don't see that much anymore so it is refreshing! Huge selection of appliances & electronics. Also random toys & household stuff. Some prices seem wild but it is what it is.
