I've faced considerable difficulties attempting to make a purchase today due to successive transaction attempts triggering a fraud alert on my account. Contrary to customer service assurances that an in-store purchase would be seamless, I encountered an apathetic salesman prioritizing the sale over my concerns, culminating in a payment hold for 7-15 days. This experience exposes a pronounced training deficiency encompassing corporate, customer service, and in-store operations. Currently awaiting an escalation department call, surprisingly not equipped to handle in-store issues, and unable to procure a direct store contact number. Profoundly disappointed following years of loyalty.
The items I needed were in stock. Still, there were too few employees scheduled.
