Disappointed. I stopped in to see if anything could be done for a charger I purchased in November. Unfortunately, I did not purchase the warranty (which I usually do) and was hoping Best Buy would stand by their products. Nope. The gentleman who helped was polite and said he would asked the supervisor if anything could be done. I never did see the supervisor and was told "no" because it was "too" far beyond the purchased date. I guess Best Buy doesn't make exceptions. Noted...do not to buy anything expensive or recommended from Best Buy. $43 charger in the garbage.

Don't pay for warranty you will get screwed. Or u have to pay more money for similar product
