Employee Joe was great! He was able to answer my questions, from a non- tech person, about printer options to replace a very old printer.....and that was not even my goal for this trip. This trip was to replace a very, very old microwave. My chosen brand was not displayed at another Best Buy near my home....I needed to see it before deciding on the purchase.
Now to research the printer options....then come back and buy!
We went to talk to someone about car speakers. The employee at the front door said she'll send someone over. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came. Never again we will visit that location.
