My only place to shop for electronics.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but it did take a while to get someone to help. The store must have been short staffed at the time. The person who helped me, was knowledgeable about the product and offered good advice.
Overall a positive experience.
This Best Buy sucks. The employees suck and the online customer service sucks.
So disappointed in the Best Buy in Barboursville, WV. I was told when I purchased the laptop that I could buy a one year subscription for geek squad and they would transfer the data from my old laptop to the new laptop while I had lunch. After receiving the laptop in the mail, I made an appointment and took the laptops to the store. I was told it could possibly take 3 days or more for the transfer!!! When I told the guy what the salesperson had told me, he said that wasn’t the case. He did check the amount of data on my laptop and said it would only take 2 days. That was not a true statement either. Two people and two lies!! Plus, the call center is a joke. Need to be able to talk with the people who actually work at the Barboursville store-not someone who can barely speak English. The texts I received are not easily understood.
