I needed to add additional power ports for 2 of my laptops. Where do I go? I go to Best Buy, my friend, and electronic/computer expert Dragon. Without running it by my consultant, I never buy anything for my home or myself, such as computing, audio, or TV. His specialties are creative thinking and adaptability to find solutions to unique problems. He has always been able to help me find exactly what I want despite what I thought I wanted. Your staff at Barboursville is outstanding! Thank you!
Went in for a camera, monitor, pc or parts to make one and the selection was abysmal. GPUs were completely gone, couldnt look at half the parts cause they only had pictures of them on display, only 3 prebuilts in stock and 2 were the exact same, no cameras in the mid range price wise and small selection on both lower and upper cost, and half the monitors were only showing the time or off so no way of really seeing if their worth $800.
Plenty of appliances, tvs, and gaming chairs though since half the building looked like a warehouse.
I don't know if it's strictly corporate that controls the place or if the in store management can make decisions but the place looks like it's on the verge of closing permanently at any second and someone needs to either start refusing deliveries till they clear the floor of all the overstock or get a few people that can actually sell a product.

I ordered a Macbook and they told me it would take 3 days to get there. 2 weeks later i received a Chromebook, so I took the Chromebook back to best buy and they told me they couldn’t help me I had to call and send it back. So when I sent the Chromebook back I was told it would take about 4 days to receive. 5 days later Bestbut cancelled my order and I have not received a refund.

It is Best Buy. Not one of those huge Super Best Buys. Good selection. Good service.
