Could someone please call me I went through a lot tonight I had to finally just walk away.Jarred the store manager was not Giving good customer service at all. I came to pick up something that I bought the weekend of Black Friday, either Saturday or Sunday because I could not order it online.
I’ve got something saying that was there. The lady Missy at the desk said it wasn’t a Jared came and took me through a lot when he could’ve easily just gave me a different colour because the day of the cell it came in blue black and gold and the brown for the 170 I’m out there normally 299 said they had the Brownwood one and the black and gold which is the one I wanted the black and gold since I couldn’t get the blue that I originally ordered. Now they want me to come back the problem with me coming back yes but I’m going through some health issues and on Thursdays I have something I have to do to keep me living. I need the store manager to contact me please that was not good customer service at all Missy at the front desk, at least went from one computer to another so she could get two stars. Jarred would get no stars because he kept telling me the same thing to find it on Amazon or some site for that price the day that I purchased it which makes no sense at all from a customer point of sense of you when I’m the one that’s being inconvenienced very Confused about customer service at this point with Best Buy you have to change your name from best because that wasn’t even decent customer service!

Great black Friday deals got a laptop a 1 year warranty a laptop bag and Bluetooth mouse all for under $300 staff very helpful
Jarred, Spencer, and Charlie were phenomenal and super helpful with my photography needs! Great experience at this Best Buy!
