I purchased a washer & dryer from the Barboursville, WV Best Buy, paid in full on site, scheduled a delivery date, etc. The customer service and experience at the store was high quality.
Twice now, the Best Buy delivery team canceled our delivery, on the morning of the delivery date, and refused to speak with us over the phone about the issue.
I will now drive to the Best Buy store to request delivery today, as my contractor sits at my home with no appliances to install in our new laundry room.

I go out of my way to go to this location, instead of charleston. Jarod and Brandon always provide top-tier service.
They always know how to treat a customer. I've always gotten good advice with them and the door guy was always having fun and being a supportive character. Laughed with me when I was telling a joke or just being opinionated.. Anywho this best buy is always good.. Check it out one day..
