Attention: Jarred Messinger, Arick and Jaylyn mislead me into a false sale and then refused to return the product to a gift card maxing out my credit card for 2 days they did absolutely nothing to help me all the while Charlie did everything in her power to try to help and she is the only reason you are getting 2 stars and not one. Bad custom service and terrible leadership. I have an MBA and highly recommend avoiding this location. I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed for a better price and much friendlier staff. This is not my first bad experience here. Buyer beware.
