Attention: Jarred Messinger, Arick and Jaylyn mislead me into a false sale and then refused to return the product to a gift card maxing out my credit card for 2 days they did absolutely nothing to help me all the while Charlie did everything in her power to try to help and she is the only reason you are getting 2 stars and not one. Bad custom service and terrible leadership. I have an MBA and highly recommend avoiding this location. I went to Home Depot and got everything I needed for a better price and much friendlier staff. This is not my first bad experience here. Buyer beware.

Stood outside for 30 minutes for Pokemon release date, manager comes out 1 min before they open and says they don’t have any come back tomorrow. Everyone leaves and “someone” buys their whole stock. Scammers.

Terrible. Make an appointment, drive 35 miles so they can tell you have to buy a new iPad. All it needs is a charge port. Looks like a small business gonna do the work for me. What a waist of my time. I won’t be back.
