Tried to call extension. NO one answered. Answer was relatively short one. Could have taken 5 minutes and they were 20 mnutes away from closing. Live 2-3 hours away from Geek Squad so I don't want to waste time and gas running up there if they cannot help. Answer from support was probably questionable and didn't want them to do more than direct me doing something. So I put it off and my schedule falls behind. You need to allocate more people to the Geek Squad if you are going to provide technical support at this store.

They lied to me about the $189 product service plan. My computer went down and I thought I had a replacement option. Instead I brought my computer in to be exchanged, they charged me $100 and sent it off for repair. It’s been two weeks and still nothing. I call the 304 area code for this store and get “international sales reps” who can’t connect me to my WV location. This is BS.
