They lied to me about the $189 product service plan. My computer went down and I thought I had a replacement option. Instead I brought my computer in to be exchanged, they charged me $100 and sent it off for repair. It’s been two weeks and still nothing. I call the 304 area code for this store and get “international sales reps” who can’t connect me to my WV location. This is BS.
