As a retail store where people go to get information about the goods they are going to puchase....it really deserves a 1 star. I went in to buy a dish washer, not a soul came to help me or even to say hi. I finally ask someone for help, I was told that they were going to send someone and that someone never came. I have their credit card and I love their financing offers, so despite of the non existant help I purchase all my electronics there. So, while I waited for my help, I saw that home depot had a similar financing deal......yes...I went down the street to Home Depot and I bought my diahwasher there.
