Leslie helped me at the front desk with my phone and I know that they have to send me to geek squad to get the screen protector changed. It was a very busy day and there was such a long line at the geek squad and she just looked over at them and then at me and said I can do it for you I can do it for you. A while back, they change the policy and you have to go to the geek squad and make an appointment or wait( I have gone through this several times because I drop my phone all the time 🙄) The geek squad is always Excellent, However, I do appreciate the Customer Service that Leslie provided that day as I was busy and had many things on my plate and she went above and beyond more and did more than she had to. I told her she made my day and thanked her profusely, but I feel she deserves recognition and that is why I’m leaving this. I hope her company appreciates her efforts as she provides excellent customer service.
i purchased a laptop 6 months or so ago for $1600 and had an issue with the screen would flicker so i dropped it off for service and had to pay $200 for them to fix it. i get a notification that my laptop is ready for pickup once I arrived to the store my laptop still was flickering and i was told i had to pay $140 to install a new driver when it should have been fixed in the first place. after speaking with customer support after visit i was told that my laptop still has a manufacturer warranty which it should and originally best buy told me they could not send it out when i had a friend who had the exact same issue with his laptop and they sent it out the same day. issue needs to be fixed and i will not be returning to this store and will be speaking with a lawyer until issue is fixed.

I'm not the biggest fan of best buy as a company, but this location is staffed with knowledgeable friendly people and feels good to walk around. If you want a good bb experience, they deliver
