DONT BUY AFTER A YEAR YOU WILL BE WITHOUT $$ AND GLASSESS (scam) I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the company’s warranty handling. I purchased this item in August 2025, and it failed within a month. The replacement they sent also failed with the exact same issues (audio and charging), making my $396 purchase essentially useless.
When I submitted another claim, it was denied over “invalid proof of purchase,” which feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility for a recurring defect.
Two defective units in a row is unacceptable. At this point, a simple replacement isn’t enough—I expect a working product or a proper resolution.
Buyers beware: based on my experience, the product is unreliable and the warranty support is frustrating and unhelpful.

Went for a video. They no longer sell videos. Really sad
