Never had a problem from this location. We get approached for service typically halfway through our visit when we have found what we need. Check out at customer service can be a pain, dependent on what they are taking care of for customer service. They have checkout still up, but staffing is not there to run it.

I went to the Martinsburg Best Buy to purchase a Nintendo Switch. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Michael who also asked me if he could help me find something. I had a picture of the Nintendo Switch system that I wanted and he immediately took me to the area where it was located. He explained the differences between the systems and I decided to purchase the system he recommended instead of the one I originally intended to buy. Then I asked him about a specific game and he led me to where the game was located. At checkout, I determined I needed to update my information in the Best Buy system and he took care of that for me. My entire experience with Michael was very pleasant and he assisted me with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he wanted to make me feel like a valued customer. I really appreciated all his assistance and feel he is an excellent representative of Best Buy. I would definitely return to this store based on my experience with him. Thanks to Michael!!!
