Unfortunately this would have been at least a 3 star review but even corporate couldn't help with my troubles today. I tried using the app to preorder a game to get a bonus and it didn't work along with the employee not being able to help. The employee said there would be plenty of bonuses for the game and when I went to get my copy there weren't. Please inform your employees to be more knowledgeable or even get a manager to relay the message if they don't know. I may give this store another chance but not for awhile. If the owner sees this and can make 2025 any better I will delete this and make a new review.

basically, i went in for a laptop charger and i asked the person for help, he rolled his eyes and huffed and asked someone “can you help her”. the guy he sent over was awful he had bad vibes and he had an attitude the whole time. he took me to the chargers and they wanted A HUNDRED AND NINE DOLLARS for a laptop charger. i’m sorry what? that’s the same amount as like a kids starter laptop. when i said i was good, i wasn’t spending that much and i found the same exact thing online for $16, he started to gaslight me. he basically told me thats the normal price for the charger and $16 is wrong when he was staring right at it. he got mad at me for trying to leave and not buy it and he acted like i owed him my money for something i didn't have to buy. moral of the story i ordered the same exact charger for $18 after tax for a charger that was $109 dollars before tax. which is absolutely ridiculous, which i know he can’t control the prices but he can certainly control his attitude and the way he talks to customers when they refuse to buy something. i don’t know if they get commission but both those men need a class in customer service

I went to geek squad to have my computer reset and it was done in a timely fashion. She helped me get signed on so I can now use it. While I was waiting I walked best buy and several of the associates approached me to see if I was ok or looking for something in particular, which is rare to see. The customer service all around the entire store was friendly, kind, and very helpful! Thank you for a terrific experience and look forward to my next visit!☺️
