Visit the Winchester or Hagerstown to experience the superior service and efficiency that is lacking at the Martinsburg Best Buy location. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Martinsburg store was extremely disappointing and horrible! Despite attempting to locate a sales associate, I was unable to receive assistance and had to inquire with the cashier regarding the inclusion of a charger with the $200 Apple iPods. The cashier assured me that the charger was included; however, upon arriving home 30 minutes drive later, I discovered that the charger was not provided, even beneath the packaging. I attempted to contact a manager at the store but was redirected to a call center that refused to transfer my call to the actual store. Due to my schedule, I will be unable to return to the store until next week. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect more from Best Buy. After resolving the charger issue, I will no longer utilize the Martinsburg store and instead opt for the Winchester location, where I have consistently received exceptional service and assistance from knowledgeable sales associates with no product issue. Do Better Martinsburg!

Unfortunately this would have been at least a 3 star review but even corporate couldn't help with my troubles today. I tried using the app to preorder a game to get a bonus and it didn't work along with the employee not being able to help. The employee said there would be plenty of bonuses for the game and when I went to get my copy there weren't. Please inform your employees to be more knowledgeable or even get a manager to relay the message if they don't know. I may give this store another chance but not for awhile. If the owner sees this and can make 2025 any better I will delete this and make a new review.
