Per usual, a million employees walking around while shelves are bare, products mislabled, and poorly organized. It's easy to see why this company won't exist much longer.
Friendly staff who seem to really want to help you. It can be frustrating getting to the GEEK squad since they are so busy that you have to have an appointment for everything, but it's worth it for quality service.
Quit getting another country to answer your phones that’s called laziness
