Once again I am amazed at the local service you receive at this store. I have horror stories with their corporate customer service which is terrible but they have an outstanding local management team that have stepped up and helped me out numerous times over the years and this time it was an employee (Samir) that went above and beyond. Samir was extremely knowledgeable about gaming systems and what specials and deals the store was running. He not only advised me on what I should buy based on performance and deals as I was checking out but then ran all the way to the back of the store to get me exactly his recommendation. He could have very easily taken the easy path and checked me out and went on to the next customer or told me where to go find it. Instead he chose the harder path for him which worked out better for best buy and better for me. Employees like him are very rare today. Samir, keep doing what you do my man!!
