I was extremely disappointed with their lack of knowledge and professionalism at Morgantown WV store. I was looking for specific features to purchase a new printer. However, the staff who was supposedly knowledgeable about printers did not know what 'driver' was, had no idea when I mentioned the most common ink cartridge that has been used for HP brand, and could not answer any of my questions regarding the nature of USB and ethernet cable connections that were attached to each brand. Instead, he showed me which printers have been popular among the recent customers, even though he did not know what specific features each printer had. Fed up with his incompetency, I left the store and purchased a new printer at a different office supply store that had a staff who actually knew what he was talking about.
