Best Buy has left us without a stove for 3 weeks now. They sent their contracted installers who did not have the tools to do the work and I had to lend them basic tools and then they could not unscrew the gas line. They could not figure out they were turning the fitting in the wrong direction. After 3 hours of them learning on the job they messed something up inside the stove and then we smell gas inside the house. I did forget to mention that they delivered in the back of a pickup truck with the stove not sitting in an upright position. No one at Best Buy is trying to take responsibility and keeps canceling replacement appointments.
