If you need help with anything, they will help you immediately. It's a bit expensive, but the quality of products seems good. I love the assortment of electronics. Just wish they would have stocked some Yubico Yubikey's.
You either are overwhelmed with people wanting to sell you something or you can't find anyone to help. There is no in-between
The Geek Squad people seem very capable technically but Best Buy communication is horrible. The automated phone system will not let you connect to the store. I had phone messages from the store Geek Squad to contact them because they needed some information. I wasn't able to do it. After my appointment to pick up my PC, I got a text that my appointment was cancelled. You are not able to respond to a text that they send you.
Since reopening, they've brought back everything except customer service. Spoke with for better to get a cabinet unlocked, was told he'll get someone. Ten minutes later, morning. Thank you Best Buy for saving me almost $500!
