The Geek Squad people seem very capable technically but Best Buy communication is horrible. The automated phone system will not let you connect to the store. I had phone messages from the store Geek Squad to contact them because they needed some information. I wasn't able to do it. After my appointment to pick up my PC, I got a text that my appointment was cancelled. You are not able to respond to a text that they send you.
Since reopening, they've brought back everything except customer service. Spoke with for better to get a cabinet unlocked, was told he'll get someone. Ten minutes later, morning. Thank you Best Buy for saving me almost $500!
Best buy isn't a great place to shop. Nobody knows nothing. Can't phone them, they only have an 800 number which God only knows where this customer service is.
The warranty on televisions or tablets, unless you pay for it extra. bought a tablet and a week later I was having problems and it cost me $40 to have them look at it.
