Best Buy as a store has always given me solid customer service, and I want to make it clear this review isn’t about the sales floor staff—they were great. The problem is their Geek Squad repair team. I brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement and the service was disappointing from start to finish. The technician stripped a screw inside my phone, which will make future repairs a nightmare, and at first tried to brush it off as “normal wear.” When I raised the issue, Taylor, the manager, did offer to replace my phone—but the replacement will take five days, which is a huge inconvenience for a mistake their techs made. Bottom line: Best Buy’s retail team is excellent, but their Geek Squad is a different story. If you need repairs, take your device somewhere else because the “experts” here lack both the skill and the accountability you’d expect.

Good luck trying to talk to someone at this or any Best Buy store. They do not allow calls to the store. And their AI call tree is garbage. 100% FAIL

still on hold they were supposed to deliver a fridge warranty today husband stayed home all day for them to finally call after 6pm to say they would arrive in 10 min . then when they rang doorbell son went to open garage they started calling my phone saying I should be outside waiting on them and then loaded the new fridge back up and left
