ZERO STAR!!!!!!! If you live out of the delivery area DO NOT, I REPEAT DD NOT shop here! We bought a freezer in January. It broke the middle of July. We wanted it fixed or have a new one delivered to us. First, they said they would repair it and when they couldn't find someone in my area to fix it they said I could get a refund. After calling the Geek Squad, I was told they could deliver me a new on and pick up the broken one. After waiting on hold, the guy said we were out of delivery area so they could NOT right a wrong. Mind you we already drove 110 miles one way in January to pick up the freezer. We could have and should have got our freezer from Homedepot which delivers for free and cares about their customers! When he got back on the line he informed me they couldn't deliver to a new one and could only give me a store credit. I didn't want a store credit, I wanted a freezer that worked! They refused to fix it or delivery me a new one. They would only give me a store credit. I live 110 miles from the store with gas at $4.44 a gallon plus a full day to go get one. It would cost me almost the price of the freezer to get the replacement and HOPE it works. The geek Squad said they understand and said if I call costumer service they could refund my credit card. I called them and they said I would need to talk to a store manager. I told them I tried to call the store directly but that number sent me to costumer service, she said she would have a manager call me in 25-48 hours. A week later, no surprise, no call. Called corporate number, guess what it goes directly to costumer service after being transferred 4 time all to different costumer service departments, corporate costumer service, than home service than exchange department and geek Squad. If you live in Wyoming buy from Homedepot! I guess I will have to donate my gift card to someone in need that lives in Casper. I will NEVER buy from a Best buy again. Mainly because you can not talk to a store manager, or corporate manager.

Thanks for taking the time to help me make the right decision to fit my needs, and being so adaptable and willing to try whatever needed to happen to make it work. The whole staff was very helpful, and quick to ask if they could help in anyway!

After I ran into several issues with Amazon, Shane handled my problem with extreme care and patience. Moreover, the entire staff is extremely friendly and personable. From now on, I will only be spending my money at this Best Buy. You've earned yourself a loyal customer. I'll be back.
