Alex went above and beyond for us. We had an issue with our insurance on a work computer and he assisted us with everything we needed, he even went as far as to reinstate our coverage so we could get our computer fixed. Thanks Alex and Cameron!
I purchased an Ipad Pro with them and began the setup process and ran into an issue. I had a question about set up. They said they would be glad to help, for a fee. I stated, "I just spent $1300 with you, can't you help me?" Yes, they can help for a fee. I get it that services aren't free all the time, but I just spent a good chunk of money with you and had a question about setup of the product.
In short, I returned the product. If they want to sell products and charge fees for quesrtions after purchasing, Best Buy won't get any more of my money. I know other businesses that are more than happy to help a customer after purchasing a product.
