The only reason I say okay, the employees hound you a little bit, as if you're at a dealership. Personally, I go in already knowing what I need, and I know a lot of people don't. I don't mind the greeting at the door, as that makes sense. However, I've had the cashier ask if I needed help right after the door greeter asked if I needed help finding something. Then, in the isles I've been asked yet again. Sometimes twice in the same row of isles when I'm just browsing. I understand employees can't read people's minds, know that they're good and they're simply being helpful. It is rather obnoxious when it's more than twice in the same visit.
Cooperate or management, if you read this, I'm not saying your employees are bad or unprofessional, I'm simply saying, have them tone it down a bit.
