We had an excellent experience at Best Buy thanks to Jonas! From the moment we started shopping, he was incredibly helpful and had such a positive, upbeat attitude. He checked in with us throughout our time in the store, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain different products and options without ever making us feel rushed.
When we were ready to check out, he even helped us at the register. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it truly made our experience stand out. We will definitely be returning! This Best Buy location is lucky to have such a bright star on their team! Thank you Jonas!
Jus came in kinda looking for some headphones and a laptop but didn’t know what to expect but an employee came over and was able to explain to me how much memory I should have for performance as well as different price ranges for that. He was awesome I believe his name was Vant and I really appreciate his help
Terrible store. That has been consistent over the years. This store was shitty several years ago and it keeps getting shittier as they add more AI features. They used to have a perfectly good app, and now AI makes it impossible to actually see what is in stock in YOUR store.
We ordered a washer and dryer from them for delivery and install. They gave us a 12 hour delivery window (any time between 7am and 7pm), but assured us that we would get a call or a text the day before with a more specific delivery time. This is already outrageous, we need more notice than that. Well, not only did they NOT call OR text the day before, they did not call me until 10 minutes before they were going to be at my home. This was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. They also did not call the phone number they said they’d call so the person who was actually waiting for the delivery, did not receive any notice.
This store is awful and I would shop literally anywhere else if there were other options.
Fix your delivery system. Be better. Get rid of AI. Geek Squad, get your shit together.
