Got a 98 inch tv and now can see people real size! Sick
The worst experience I've ever had. I've recieved 3 broken tvs and counting

Was in at Casper location and went to buy Asus laptop on Saturday 12/14/24 and this particular laptop was on sale until Sunday 12/15/24 and they refused to sell it to me for the sale price of $119.99. They said it was no longer on sale which was untrue. That being said I went online and bought 2 of them for the sale price. Furthermore the add said in store for the sale price as I purchased the 2 online. Will not shop local at this location again. I always try to keep it locally and time and time again let down. Sad!

Chad is the one we went in the door asking for because he provided such great information on a previous trip.We went back to do business with him again.Buying a printer. Made the experience even better because a month and a 1/2 later, he still remembered us coming in and getting the information. The teenager #1, Chris, behind the register. Also, did really, really good service. As well as the gentleman, Mike by the door that greeted us, overall, an excellent experience at Best Buy. Far better than what they used to be highly recommend for anybody.
