I would give 3-4 stars for the electronics I purchased, which I'm happy with, and were on sale. One star or less for the customer service. I was approached by about five staff while there, from being greeted at the door to checkout.
One was pleasant and offered to help if needed. Three others on the floor were fairly pushy and didn't want to respect my comment telling them no thank you, but I didn't need any help. The final employee at checkout was downright horrible and practically held my purchase hostage, trying to upsell and scare me into other products. This didn't work obviously, and my frustration was extremely clear. I even said at one point that I was not interested in any additional products or services and was in fact in a hurry. This didn't seem to phase the employee. It was so uncomfortable that I almost walked out without the purchase. Once customers tell you no the staff needs to respect that. I won't be going back for a while, if ever, it was that uncomfortable.

Many phone cases even for older models
Every time I've visited I've been greeted quickly with a friendly attitude. Associates have always appeared positive and done their best to assist me, even if that meant handing me off to someone else. This is a great location to either find the item you're looking for, or information on a product.
