Great location.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy. I purchased an open-box laptop and, prior to driving 2 hours to the store, I called to confirm its condition. I was assured it was in "like-new" condition with nothing wrong. However, upon arriving, I discovered that the store was closed for remodeling, despite no prior notification. The staff went inside to retrieve the laptop for me, but it was dead and they couldn’t even test it in-store. Once I got home and charged it, I found it had numerous issues. To make matters worse, the sticker indicated it was a "show laptop"—one that had been mistreated and clearly used heavily. There were visible dings and even a small crack on the screen, none of which were disclosed over the phone. I feel completely misled and cheated by this whole experience. I wasted 4 hours driving back and forth for a laptop that was far from the condition they promised. Not only that, but the staff showed no sympathy or accountability for their mistake. In the end, I bought a brand new laptop from Amazon, where they actually respect customers and stand by their promises. When Amazon says "open box," they mean it. Best Buy, on the other hand, scammed me, and I won’t be shopping with them again.

As of Aug 24 2024, the store is open only for curbside pickup. They had a flood in April and they are still trying to fix the inside from it. If you are looking to shop, you'll have to go to the Holland location. Note that this store still does pick up. You can look at items online and pick them up here.
