Coraline Clawthorne helped us pick out and set up our phones. She explained how the upgrades worked with Verizon. She made the process so smooth! And I might add that she was so kind and easy to talk to while we waited for the updates to finish up. A keeper for sure!!

It was very sad inside but the workers were very friendly!
Outsourcing the phone calls to a call center. You cannot resolve any issues with the store remotely. When you ask the call center to have your local store call you back, they never do. Dont support this anti consumer crap unless absolutely necessary. Best buy, worst practices.
