I ordered something online to pick up at the store. Not only was it not ready the day I was told when I ordered it, but they changed the location as well.

Always has been my electronic retail store.
The prices they show online for this store is not honored in the store. Read the small print in the online ad for the "flash price". I wasted my time driving to the store only to find out the $350 laptop is now $500 in the same day.

While our stores typically will have the same pricing as our website, there may be times that this can be different. In many cases the store should be able to match the price though, as long as the offer is still valid. I'd like to have this reviewed further with you. Typical Best Buy store…no complaints. I went there to buy some work headphones and look at their phones. However, the phone I was interested in had no power so I couldn’t even look into it. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful.
