The store refused to sell me the items they had in stock. They had 13 of the items but stated l could only purchase five and I would have to come back the next day if I wanted to purchase anymore. Only once I got on the phone with a corporate office to file a complaint while in the store did he agree to actually help me. Stated I was getting special treatment and that It was a one time special treatment. Trust me sir, I will never be back to this store again nor will I give my business to Best Buy at all. I will do everything I can to leave the store a bad review on multiple sites.

We were looking at televisions and were greeted quickly by a blue-shirted employee. He immediately found a coworker who was more familiar with the model we wanted. This young man explained the differences between two models, sold us the less one and set up free delivery to our home. It was an excellent shopping experience!

This was the first time I've been to this particular Best buy I walked in and out pretty quickly because they were out of the guitar strings that I wanted but that's okay Best buy's the best and almost no matter what when I go in there I have to buy something so it's got a good name too LOL.
