Best buy sells junk. Instead of holding the manufacture's accountable for producing quality items, their solution is buy a protection plan because they know they have junk made items. Won't take back items that stop working after a month. Let's get back to actually caring about the customer. I left the junk items on the service desk and will do my best to deter people from buying from best buy.

Went there to buy a phone but despite me standing around in the phone section looking at phones no one came up to help me. The employees weren't too busy to talk among themselves though.
