i had a remote start installed on my vehicle at the mooresville best buy. install went fine, but it never quite worked properly. i went back to the mooresville location since the product/install was under warranty. they pretty much said "well, it's working for me so i don't know what to tell you". i ended up making an appt at the pineville location and i'm soooo glad i did. they were amazing. they thoroughly checked it out. found some possible causes and made the necessary adjustments. they took their time and kept me informed. HUGE shout out to dan, kyle, and santini! kyle and santini were determined to figure it out and they did! i couldn't be happier. they found a couple of different installation issues that the mooresville location did, and corrected them all.

VERY disappointed. I went to this store to buy a tv that was listed on the website, I drove an hour and a half to get to the store after a phone call with someone on the opposite side of the planet assured me that the tv came with the remote and stand. After getting to the store, I found out that (to the surprise of NO ONE) the person who works in a call center in India has no clue about what is actually in the store. Wasted 3 hours and gas to drive in based on an outright LIE from your outsourced CS reps. STOP outsourcing customer service for stores to call centers on the opposite side of the planet. EDIT: NO, I'm not sending a private message. The issue is simple, when I call a physical store that is located in the same state as me, I should be able to speak to someone physically at THAT location, not someone on the opposite side of the planet. If Best But wants to resolve the issue, then it's very simple, end outsourcing customer service for domestic brick and mortar stores to foreign countries. Let people that actually are in the stores answer the phones. As far as my potential purchase, this has put me off of your company entirely and I will NOT do any further business with Best Buy because of your failure at something that should be common sense. Enjoy following in the footsteps of Circuit City.

I recently made a purchase here, seems like good prices and I was offered the Best Buy credit card, I was told I would receive a 10% discount on my purchase which was significant. When they rung up the order I asked why did the price not go down 10%, I was then told well in order to take advantage of the discount you would need to retrieve your points and use it on the next purchase. which is not a discount its a reward. just be weary of the credit card scam.
