DO NOT BRING YOUR IPHONE HERE FOR REPAIRS
They are an authorized service facility for Apple, but they were definitely not prepared to fix my IPHONE 16 as they messed up the facial recognition sensors and told me that they would need to escalate this issue to their leadership to share with Apple.
I get that these things happen, however, my biggest issue was the lack of urgency and responsiveness as they needed to order me a new phone which i think most people can agree are a fairly critical piece of equipment you need to have in this day whether you like it or not.
Don't even try to get in touch with them in the store as they do not answer and you get routed to a call center that is worthless even if you ask them to tell the Geek Squad in the store to please just "provide an update." I got in touch with Apple who said the phone was delivered to the store but then the call center for Best Buy said it has not been delivered.
They were not open to having the phone shipped directly to our house or letting me take it to a store to get a new phone on the spot. 6 days later, I finally picked up my phone and will not be ever taking it back there for a repair even if they are an "authorized service center" for Apple.

The inventory is very diverse and the staff is knowledgeable.
Matthew saved the day! I can’t recommend him enough I had issues getting my PC booted and Matthew did all he could to fix the issue. I had went to another Best Buy location and they were going to actually ship my desktop over to this location. I’m glad I drove over myself he was quick attentive and so cool to talk to.
