I ordered a home security system over the phone with a friend who was giving it to me as a gift. I was supposed to pick it up today and they sent me an email saying the same. Overnight they changed my order to July 3rd and did not ask me if they could send my order to another store come to find out they do have it at another store however my friend is right now in the hospital. This is the second time that I've had to swear off never ever purchasing from Best Buy again.
Best Buy had no power because of a power outage and the cashier tried really hard to help us with what we needed on the Best Buy app.
Terrible costumer service, I ask , for my money back on a iPhone return, and the lady name Kathy she denied to give me my money back, employees just walking around in they own world distracted, i hope if the company do something about costumer service.
