How do I check product availability at the Tracy Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Tracy Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Was in store 2/8/25 walking around mostly ignored by every employee. I tried to smile and make eye contact with the ones I did see one straight avoided me on purpose when I made eye contact. I was going to ask about a phone I was curious if purchasing but after waiting 20 minutes and no one coming to that section then being ignored when I smiled then not asked for help is terrible. I would not return or spend money with this location going forward. Just because I had a sweatshirt and sweat pants doesn't mean I'm a bum.. I'm partial disabled and these clothes feel more comfortable. But Amazon and Walmart and eBay are all cheaper faster and faceless transactions with no ignorance involved.
Well nice they replied quickly. I just don't have social media :) sad they have tons of bad reviews for customer service.. why don't they just put we will coach them accordingly.. what happen to the ages where.. people got fired for not doing their job. Oh and upper manager that responded... It's was the slightly alternative girl with black and green hair and black rimmed glasses it was probably around 4 or 5 we were by the high end Samsung display she ignored me after saying high to a family then b lined it up to the read head sitting. At the main kiosk. Hope that helps. Considering you have almost no staff or looks like it on that day should be be hard to figure out. I managed before ;)
