Terrible staff I waited 6 hours and they said only 30 minutes went home they said they’ll call when it’s ready they did I went and made me wait another 4 hours in the end I canceled the order very rude not help full rasict staff to everbodys

I just want to say how truly thankful I am for the team at the Tracy Best Buy store off Naglee Rd. I came in going through one of the most stressful moments I’ve had in a long time. I was overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly feeling pretty defeated. But the staff there showed genuine care and compassion, not just as employees, but as people, which is so rare nowadays. They were very professional, and also took the time to hear me out, and they went above and beyond to help me feel supported and resolve my situation with my product. I left with peace of mind, and that meant everything. I’ll never forget the way they treated me when I really needed it most. Thank you to everyone at the Tracy store, your kindness made a huge impact.
