We shopped for an unlocked phone, the customer service was poor, they just looked for one item and didn't offer any other options or asked if we liked the color or what not. We also asked for a case, they didn't even bother to take us where to look, we had to ask them if they can look in the system if they have anything for the phone they gave us. They were not attentive to customers...
