My issue at this Best Buy location was handled by Geek Squad. I was given an iPhone replacement that was previously linked to an enterprise/hospital account, which caused serious problems.
Geek Squad did not follow up as promised, and I had to go directly to Apple to get the issue resolved. This caused multiple trips, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I recommend going straight to Apple instead.
