Seems to be the last of the real good big box. Electronic stores everything here is always a good deal appliances. TV's surround sound projectors all of it phones. Computers still a great place.

Let this be a public record that the incompetent employees at this Tracy Best Buy are some of the most racist people I’ve ever met in my life. Couldn’t go TWO SECONDS without a staff harassing me about whether I ‘needed help’ or not… in an attempt to drive me out of the store. …talk less of the fact that they are using walkways for product display because they all lack the ability of salesmanship (THAT’s A FIRE HAZARD!!!)

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Best Buy recently. I had placed an order with a trade-in but later decided I didn't want to go through with the trade-in. I reached out to customer care over the phone and chat, and they assured me that I didn't need to cancel my existing order—just not bringing in the trade-in would cancel it automatically. However, when I visited the store. After wasting two hours at the store, the staff told me that the customer care representatives, who are apparently based in a different country, don't have complete details about the process. The in-store staff were lazy and completely indifferent to the inconvenience I was experiencing. They offered no real help or solutions, and it was clear they didn't care at all about the situation. If you're considering visiting this Best Buy location, I strongly recommend going to the Dublin or Union City stores instead. The service here is abysmal, and they clearly don't value their customers' time or satisfaction. Avoid this store at all costs.
