Walked in store never was greeted, waited 18-20 minutes for assistance. Ask two people one says they only do cars another says we can add you to the queue. There were probably 6 other customers in the store few employees were just moving around here. Horrible customer service

I came from Winston salem to pick up a nice range for a family. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought it out to my truck and loaded it up on the liftgate! Nice selection of appliances and the atmosphere was professional.
Tony Zamparelli helped with my electrical issues I had after the radio malfunction but he fixed at no cost.

If you are on a budget it's better then you think. I have gotten really good deals on various electronics. The staff is usually very helpful. Could be better it they allowed some more haggling, but I understand it's a business.
