Horrible experience with car installation … I called … sent me to a customer service number . The rep said that this Best Buy had availability to do stereo installation that day . That there was a piece that they didn’t have and if I could get it they would have time to take care of it if I go to Best Buy at the 2:30. I get the part , get there and they have no idea what I’m talking about , it’s 2:00 nothing in their dock , and said that I don’t have all the parts and they don’t have them either it’s a special order … so frustrated I order the parts with them .. I tell them I have two cameras . Back up and side camera , he tells me this is the stereo I need to buy . I buy it … now I’m at $800 almost $900 for this service .
Made appointment 11:45 today ( 3/2 ) and they start on car I get a call at 145 telling me that I didn’t tell them I had two cameras and the stereo that they told me to purchase will not work . Which was one I had to ship to my house they had to order they didn’t have available . So now I’m being told that I have to buy an even MORE EXPENSIVE stereo or , I have to chose something I don’t want which is wired connection .
There is a reason why Best Buy has been going out of business and it’s this here … the fact that they are not competent enough to get to the appropriate items you need for your car and now I’m $1000 in a hole for a stereo … I should’ve gone elsewhere

I had a company for over 25 years and the most important thing about any company is there service Best Buy has the absolute best service. Buying the product is simple if you want it you get it. They installed an alarm system and remote crank on my car fix me up with a very nice tablet ran over some pointers about it and I'm quite sure if I need there assistance I could just stop by and talk to them great people to work.
Walked in store never was greeted, waited 18-20 minutes for assistance. Ask two people one says they only do cars another says we can add you to the queue. There were probably 6 other customers in the store few employees were just moving around here. Horrible customer service

I came from Winston salem to pick up a nice range for a family. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought it out to my truck and loaded it up on the liftgate! Nice selection of appliances and the atmosphere was professional.
