I purchased a Dacor refrigerator, and after more than 15 delivery reschedules, the delivery team arrived only to inform me they needed to remove my brand-new door to bring the appliance inside—even though the kitchen has a double-door entrance that is 60 inches wide. The refrigerator was returned, everything was rescheduled, and I waited an entire day for another delivery that never happened. When I finally reached someone, I was told the fridge had been “dispositioned,” with no real explanation. Last week, I went back to the store on Saturday and purchased a Samsung washer and a refrigerator, paid for delivery, and was told they would arrive on Wednesday. Instead, at 8:40 a.m., I received a vague text message saying the delivery was cancelled. I had taken the day off specifically to be home for this. Reaching the store was impossible, and customer service left me on hold for 40 minutes only to tell me there was nothing they could do. I then drove 50 miles back to the store, where Elise assured us everything would be handled—delivery rescheduled, delivery fees refunded, and compensation for the time wasted. We heard similar promises during the Dacor issue, and that situation was never resolved either. Today, I received yet another text saying my order was cancelled, again without explanation. No one answered when I tried to call. At this point, all I can say is that I strongly recommend avoiding this store and Best Buy altogether. The amount of time, effort, and frustration involved has been completely unreasonable.

Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves. This place was a total bust with over priced items. Looked at subwoofer enclosure with subs and one was froze up. 400 dollars ? Lmaooo. Will never go back and after seeing this is I may never go back to Best buy at all.

I have made several "open box" purchases at Best Buy before and been very pleased. This time, I decided to buy an open box Bosch dishwasher from the Outlet in Pineville when it popped up while I was looking at purchase options. Online, the Outlet said I could buy one in "Excellent" condition and save $200, so I jumped on it. When I arrived to look at it before wheeling it out, I turned it around and immediately noticed the front stainless steel panel was dented and had a scratch all the way across it. I turned to the Best Buy employee checking me out and said, "doesn't look excellent, does it?" She said, "no, it doesn't." Be careful with "deals" at this Best Buy Outlet!
