Purchased open box Insignia Washer... did not work, drum was not turning, the agitator pushed all the clothes to one side causing unbalanced error code no matter how small the load. Tech came out to repair and it might any number of issues. Returned it today. Customer service was dry. When you walk in the front greeting area employees seemed annoyed when customers entered the store. Thanks to the 2 employees that removed the washer from my truck and the young lady that processed my return.

This is literally the laziest store. I come in, to buy multiple TVs, they literally have half their items without prices on them, then you have to run people down to get a price, how is this a store for technology and yet has the least amount of technology of any type of electronic store. They have price tags that don’t work. This store could do much better with better management, common sense, and less excuses.

I went there to get a refrigerator that help was great. Esmeralda gave us quality customer service. She's an associate but she should definitely be promoted!
After receiving zero help, I decided on a Samsung monitor. There were 2 for the same price.
After waiting 10 minutes for a cashier, the item rang up 33% more than the marked price.
When I questioned the cashier, he told me that the price tag didn't update and that was the price. When I questioned it again the cashier said I should just understand.
The manager comes over and says it will take 20 minutes for him to update the system. He then proceeds to walk away and started to help other customers.
This place is not run well and the customer service is horrible.
