I am extremely disappointed with this Best Buy location. My boyfriend and I visited the store to resolve an issue with a canceled delivery for a sound bar that we never received. The order was marked as canceled by the delivery company, yet neither we nor Best Buy had the product. When we went in to request a refund for several hundred dollars, one of the managers was unwilling to assist and was extremely disrespectful during the interaction. Most of the staff we encountered were not helpful. The only positive experience we had was with Joe, a manager from another Best Buy location, who was professional and tried to assist us. We even called Best Buy customer service and they said they had a claim submitted and a refund has been requested. But while on the phone they said a claim wasn’t made nor a refund was requested. So we were not told the truth multiple times. We have been dealing with this for almost a month. We have no answers. We keep getting run around from multiple people. We do not have our sound bar, we do not have our refund and no one is giving us a definitive answer. We even been to the store a few times to get this issue resolved and we still again have no answers that are helpful to fast track this process since we’ve been dealing with this for almost a month. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I’m very disappointed in the employees, Best Buy communication including customer service. I would never have anything delivered from Best Buy. I would never return to this location or recommend it to others and if I could leave less than 1 star I would.

i had a remote start installed on my vehicle at the mooresville best buy. install went fine, but it never quite worked properly. i went back to the mooresville location since the product/install was under warranty. they pretty much said "well, it's working for me so i don't know what to tell you". i ended up making an appt at the pineville location and i'm soooo glad i did. they were amazing. they thoroughly checked it out. found some possible causes and made the necessary adjustments. they took their time and kept me informed. HUGE shout out to dan, kyle, and santini! kyle and santini were determined to figure it out and they did! i couldn't be happier. they found a couple of different installation issues that the mooresville location did, and corrected them all.
