We’ve had two fantastic experiences at the Best Buy Outlet in Pineville, NC, and we couldn’t be more impressed! This location offers great deals on just about everything, and the staff has been consistently helpful and professional. On our first visit, we purchased a like-new TV and were assisted by one of the managers. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing cowboy boots and went above and beyond by unboxing and testing the TV for us right there in the store. That level of service made us feel confident in our purchase. Because of that positive experience, we returned shortly after to pick up a new iPad, keyboard case, and Apple Pencil—all in excellent, like-new condition. This time, we were helped by an employee named David or Chris (we’re not sure which, but he was fantastic). He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Like the first time, we were able to test every product and inspect it before moving forward. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience each time, and we’ll definitely be back!
