I purchased 2 TV's within a two day period from the Best Buy Outlet in Pinevill, NC. Both of the TV's were classified as Open Box in excellent condition.
The first TV was a TCL QM7 98 Inch and the second TV was an Insignia 55 inch Fire TV.
Upon the arrival of the installer, who was going to mount my TV's, he discovered that both of the TV's were missing crucial parts. My 98 inch TCL was missing the power cord as well as the remote and the Insignia was missing the power cord.
This shouldn't have happened as I was advise by the sale rep at the Best Buy Outlet that open box items that are deemed "Open Box in Excellent Condition" are basically new items that have been returned with all parts.
