Great service

Just picking up my MacBook. Was told out the door would be $658. I get here and it’s $705. No communication through the process. No call backs no emails. Went online and it says they are repairing my Xbox?! They are not here to help, even with an appointment. I would rather deal with Apple than come back here. Very disappointed!

Don’t waste your time here! The staff is incredibly unhelpful, and too many items are locked up. Look elsewhere

Wow. I never knew Best Buy had stores like this. This place was filled with deals! If you are ever out in the Pineville area, it's definitely worth the trip!
