If you purchase an open box, and it doesn’t work, It’s impossible to get it fixed. You have to have it uninstalled, load it up-haul it back and try your luck again. Even with purchased Best Buy warranty. Cannot get manufacturer to cover once they find out it was open box. Cannot get a real person at the store and it’s a 2 hour drive to come back. Never ever again.

Prices not great for being an outlet store. Felt very dirty inside and not very welcoming.
