For my 1st visit to one of these stores, it was rather disappointing. Expected to see more reasonable pricing from this outlet branch.
Most of the merchandise is just out in the open & a lot not boxed or protected in any fashion. That alone should garner a decent discount in itself.
The products SEEMED (to the naked eye) to be in decent condition & their were numerous associates available to answer any questions.
Did not see any display units powered on, so my guess is you'll probably have an idea of what deals to seek out while 'window shopping'.

Very disappointed by the employees of this store. I made an appointment last week to have a dash cam installed today 3/10/2025 @ 3:30 pm. I went into the store picked out a Dash Cam of their recommendation and got an upgraded SD Card. I drove to Rea Road and picked up and I was all set for Monday. The clerk told me that Carlos will be doing this and he has lots of experience with your car. I was stoked.
I received a message earlier today by text asking if I will be there at my appointment time and I confirmed Yes. Upon arrival at 3:30 pm I was told that they are one hour behind. Naturally, I asked why didn't someone contact me. The guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders saying that the Tech Carlos did not inform him he was this behind. I said I don't understand, you are checking people in and out how could you not notice? Silence.
I said OKAY, please ask Carlos if he's genuinely behind 1 hour or will this turn into 1:15 to 2 hours before he starts because if so, I would rather reschedule because I was waiting there. I was assured that within 1 hour Carlos would start it.
They got my car into the service area close to 4pm. I was thinking okay great. I waited and waited and finally I said at 7:10pm if Carlos is not done in 10 minutes, I want you to uninstall the Dash Cam and give me a refund. Carlos couldn't meet the deadline as he lacked experience on my 2024 Acura MDX. He couldn't figure out the codes that were coming up.
Next, I ask the clerk for a refund, and he tells me that he doesn't have the authority to do so. So, he goes to get the Supervisor Michael, and he is gone 20 minutes. I'm like what is going on. I head to the front of the store and Michael is talking with an employee with no urgency to come talk to me. I finally get his ear and explain to him how I was treated and how poor the communication was. I said that I think the right thing to do would be to refund me the $99 install fee.
After talking to the techs, he decided that he would only give me $50 off. I told him that I felt that he should do the right thing, and he said no. I said OKAY, just understand if you don't, I want you to remove all of the equipment and give me a full refund and I will go elsewhere. He said OKAY no problem we will take it all out. I said OKAY, for me it's the principal not the money. So, they would rather spend another hour to remove then give me the other $50 and have me wait there. Unreal, I said let's move forward and get the equipment uninstalled then.
The tech popped out and said it's all done. I walked into the shop to find that Carlos forgot to install the upgraded SD card. Not a huge deal, but if I didn't catch it, I would have had to return again.
I went back to the Supervisor Matthew and said listen they forgot to install the SD card. As we are walking back, I said I don't want to do business with you right now, you are being petty over $50. I said Take it all out. He said no problem. How long will it take, and he said 1 hour. I agreed because at this point it was purely principal. I sat down and looked through the window at 7:30pm and all 3 techs were working on another car that came in 2 hours after me. I went back to Supervisor and said what's going on. I should be the priority.
Supervisor walks back to shop and comes out only to tell me that they will give me the install refund and only because they close at 8pm and they can't stay after 8 unless a vehicle is in the shop already. Being totally perplexed I said what a minute... So, you're now telling me after all of this nonsense they don't want to work past 8pm but I waited 4 hours on them? So now that's it's inconvenient for you and now you're willing to give me a refund? I was heated.
Here's to upper management, this Supervisor needs more training. In a situation like this just give the refund and move on. We are not talking about several hundred dollars. It was $50 more! I'm disgusted the way that this was handled.
I now looked in my stuff and they did not give me the original SD card. So frustrating!
