I have never in my life been so pissed off as I am right now we go to Best Buy in Oklahoma City to buy a Sony portable speaker. I told the guy I wanted the black one we get all the way home open the box and it’s a white one then I call what I think is the store and you can’t talk to anybody in the store. You have to talk to somebody that’s not even in the store which doesn’t make any sense any other store you could call and talk to an associate and then this man gets rude with me and hangs up on me so it’s 8 o’clock at night. My husband gets redressed and is driving all the way from Yukon all the way back to Southwest third where the by force is or Best Buy I mean and he has to get up and go to work early in the morning all because I couldn’t talk to anybody in the store we won’t be buying anything from Best Buy ever ever again
Knowledgeable about Apple products and great zero percent interest using the Best Buy card for assorted products and multiple payment options.
Worst place, customer service was terrible. Update, so best buy wants me to private message them the issue instead of talking publicly about how they have the worst blond head lady managing the front end. I'll drive out of the way before I return to this sorry excuse of a business. I'm surprised I'm the only one that has ever complained about her and her oh so impressive customer service skills.

Everyone working there was chill and helpful. This location has been here for a long time but still a good place to get phone accessories.
