This was my first time to go to the Store. I was looking for a Samsung tablet and I found it there. The store was mostly empty and the associates were nice. They helped me with a checkout and it was done very quickly. I recommend checking the store out if you are in the area.

Absolutely terrible treatment, miss Samantha and miss Racheal are the most unprofessional people that I’ve ever met, I in distressed about my work/school computer came in hoping to resolve the issue, and we were treated like trash, those two woman sat there whispering and laughing at me and my mother when we’ve been up to Best Buy twice that day, and several times before and have been offered no help for the premium service we’ve bought and they waited until my service had run out to tell me I couldn’t get what I paid for out of my premium membership I needed a replacement because I work from this laptop, and have been up to Best Buy several times for them to fix/ help me and they put me off until I didn’t have the membership and wouldn’t give me a refund/ replacement. Not to mention the awful treatment, she wouldn’t look me in the face while speaking and honestly had an aggressive attitude. I absolutely hate people like them and I’m a regular costumer, so being treated like this by an employee and miss manager is absolutely unacceptable.
