Buy appliances here at your own risk. It's not a product concern......yet.......but a big service concern.
Bought stackable washer/dryer set, was not informed by Best Buy there was no haul away, so I had to rush getting my old ones unhooked and in the garage before the delivery crew took off without installing.
Not the correct cord for the dryer, and no genuine effort to help rectify the situation. Also given zero notice when purchasing that they wouldn't *stack* the appliances for us without a separate kit for stacking. Completely blindsided, and the crew were dead set on doing the bare minimum to help rectify any situation that came up. In such a hurry to leave, they didn't even take the tape off.
We are no better off right now than we started this weekend when we trusted Best Buy to take care of this for us.
