I walked in today around 7p.m., off necesity not want, to buy a printer and I remembered why I shop Amazon.
Although 3 people were at the entrance, not one offered help or a greeting. I stood, searching for the needed department and counted 5 reps that saw me and ignored me. This does not include the 4 at the register needed for checkout.
I doubt I have RBF, or look unwelcoming (follow me and FO)... I think it was the inexperienced youthful workers and the lack of interest to assist at this store.
I hope I never have to walk in again. If you have time, wanna save money, and not feel like a chump... shop online.

Typical Best buy! Hard to find someone willing to help you at least point you in the right direction, and when they do they act like they care about what your looking for and get you the wrong thing anyways! After going. Back 3 times I finally found someone who slowed down long enough to see what I really needed. Thanks you to the cashier that noticed I had came back 3 times to buy the right item. ( She had to leave her cash register to help me). This is the only reason they are getting 3 stars she saved you all a little bit.
