My friend and I came here a week ago looking for Pokémon cards. We found a guy who had a premium pack. We asked the girl by customer service if there was anymore she said yes, and came back with a pack for my friend. He checked out and once I told the girl I wanted to get one too, she said she had to ask someone higher up about it? After waiting for a little the guy in front of me gave me his pack and said he wasn’t going to buy it. Once I was nearing the register the girl said I couldn’t buy it because my friend and I came in together. I originally thought it was at least one pack per customer, after asking if I should come back by myself she shrugged her shoulders and said it was one per house hold….We don’t live together. Be aware here and don’t go card hunting with your friends.
I have bought all my large appliances from Best Buy for over a decade now and have loved their products, their deals, and their customer service…until now! Their Geek Squad customer service is incredibly inefficient. The customer service representatives are nice and want to help, but the inability to effectively communicate has caused numerous issues that have caused immense frustration and wasted time and money. Additionally, the Geek Squad technicians who have come out (on multiple occasions for different appliances) to fix some of our appliances have done such a poor job that I have had to call other plumbers to fix what Geek Squad either couldn’t fix or made worse. Their products, and their support for those products, are too unreliable.
went in looking for headphones. Couldn’t find a single associate not on their phone and when I asked for help one of the associates just walked of without a word. Will not be coming back.
