Bought a TV for 130 bucks. Toshiba 43' tv. It was delivered with a crack screen, now they won't honor a replacement for what I paid for said tv since in it was on sale open box. I am Very dissatisfied with best buy for cheating out of money for this item. Seems like broken it was what best buy sells to you and then when you take it back to the store, they won't replace the Tv, best buy just wamts to give you a refund instead. Just waste of my time, my gas and my money to just get you to buy a TV from best buy. No resolution from best buy call center either. Wouldn't recommend this for anything since customer service people.are rude and unhelpful.
Will try to sign you up for a credit card without telling you. Just kept dodging the question. Very shady
Had screen protector replaced on phone with no problem and in a timely manner.
