Great experience! I went in on the 5th of June for help with a return and the staff were super accomodating and helpful, They went out of there way to make sure i had a great experience and i appreciate that alot because not many do!

Kinda middle-size for a Best Buy & layout doesn't make optimal use of available floorspace resulting in fewer offerings and smaller selection. I got a solid deal on an open-box TV by agreeing to apply for the best buy card for 2 people I had roped into going to the store with me. I did have to go back to try to get the CORRECT remote and tv stand I was assured were included & they put in my car for me.. upon my return to locate the correct parts & return the incorrect ones they had given me; the manager (of ALL people!) was very dismissive & made no effort to make it right & totally told me to chalk it up to 'open box doesn't come with those parts' despite it clearly being asserted as part of the agreement the night before (& he was present for & signed off on the arrangement). BIG-HUGE thanks to the LG rep for Best Buy home theater department going the extra EXTRA mile and went to the effort to locate the missing parts & send home a happy customer Original transaction rating would be 5* but the customer service rating thanks to the poor-managing-manager the following day is definitely 1*-2* at best. INSIDER TIP- you can get your best discount by agreeing to apply for the Best Buy Card(even if you know you won't be approved) and the Best Buy Club Membership.
