Fantastic experience with the team at Pacific Sales while rebuilding our home after the Palisades fire. Andres was our appliance guy — knowledgeable, patient, and great to work with. John is who you want for plumbing, and Juan (manager) and Eric made the purchase process smooth and easy. The whole team worked hard to maximize every fire rebate, manufacturer rebate, and in-store promotion available. Responsive, knowledgeable, and patient through the entire process. Highly recommend, especially if you're navigating a rebuild!

They really took the time to understand our needs, how we wanted to use the appliances, and what was most important to us, then made thoughtful recommendations based on that.
