Purchased a printer from Best Buy that got delivered. It was too big. I called customer service and they said they would arrange for UPS to pick it up. It's been 3 weeks of me not hearing back and calling multiple times. It didn't work. Their customer service team is in India and unfortunately couldnt straight up tell me when UPS would come. Tried calling Chelsea store. Just goes through to India.
I bit the bullet today and wasted money on an uberX to haul it back to the store to get a refund.
I want to support Best Buy but I will not buy from them again.
Best Buy sound like you will get excellent customer support when you are buying something. The after purchase service is awful. Good luck trying to sort anything you need out with someone offshore.

My order said ready for pick up and was partially in stock, was told some items were out of stock only to find out they weren’t by another employee. Can’t call the store direct either. Would not recommend this location.
