I waited for Black Friday to buy a device, I paid the offer price and they told me that the delivery will be after 3 days, I went to get the device and they told me that we are sorry that it is not available and they will refund your money! The Black Friday offers had ended and the price of the device had increased by $250!

Talked to two people - incredibly rude and speak to you like you are stupid. I’m incredibly patient and worked retail for a long time so I understand holiday traffic. These two were awful. I will never go to this Best Buy again and will do my electronic shopping elsewhere.
