Love the store, the appliance repair portion however is terrible. They claim 7am-7pm but only work 9-4. Of course they dont tell you that. You schedule with them and they cancel last second and not even notify you of a cancellation as if you dont work or have a life outside of waiting for bestbuy to show up. Call them to be greeted by a terrible AI phone automated system, then customer support sends you to talk to someone who can barely speak english. I could not recommend them any less.

I had a great experience at the Best Buy in Spring Hill, FL. The employees were friendly, professional, and really knew what they were talking about. I had a few questions about different products, and they took the time to explain the options without making me feel rushed or pressured. It was clear they understood the features, prices, and differences between the items, which made it much easier to decide what was best for me.
The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop in. I also appreciated that the staff was available when I needed help but did not hover while I was looking around. That balance made the whole experience more comfortable.
Overall, this location has great customer service and knowledgeable employees who make shopping for electronics a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend the Spring Hill Best Buy to anyone looking for helpful staff and a smooth shopping experience.
